Talenya greatly simplifies sourcing for me. It provides many options for refining my search and targeting the most suitable candidates. Then, best of all, it assists me in creating a series of emails that are sent to prospective candidates from either a representative of Talenya, from me or through a LinkedIn Inmail. It does a lot of the work for me, freeing up my time to focus on other areas. Working with their strong customer success team has been an added plus. I meet with my current Customer Success Manager, Shree Naik, weekly to review my requisitions and current candidates. His input has been invaluable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only change I would recommend is a way to have a weekly list accessible of all the candidates that responded. Going through my emails to respond to the candidates or going through each requisition on Talenya can be time-consuming. The way Shree, my Customer Success Manager, improved on this was to put a weekly spreadsheet or Word document together and email it to me so I could go right to the specific candidates that responded. The only downside we have found with Talenya has been having to go into the platform and go through several candidates for the AI to turn on and learn what we are looking for. This is a time-consuming exercise for our TA team and in some instances, the 7-8 candidates needed for the AI to turn on, turn into 20 (for some niche roles). I see no downsize to the tool other than Recruiters are unwilling to give up on Linkedin for another sourcing technology. I suggested a "dedicated" sourcer as most recruiters have a relationship piece to their responsibility, and with an extra sourcing tool, our bandwidth is diminished immensely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have the budget for a tool like this, I do recommend it. It is a helpful tool to combat the challenges many companies face in attracting talent. It is a nice to have, but not essential. This saves me SO MUCH trouble by having to consistently and find new and retain talent. I love how everything is so easy and automated and it even allows me to get the data reporting as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
