I have used a variety of different marketing platforms in my career. I have found Patch Customer Retention to be one of the best. During the year and a half that I have used this system, they have continuously updated and upgraded their technology. Their customer service is the absolute best! Mobile App - I would love to see a mobile app in the play store (unless Patch already has one, and I am unaware of it).

I use Patch to capture signatures for our digital waivers/documents, and it also serves as a great data capture tool as I am able to grow our SMS opted in database as well as use the info that we capture to communicate with our customers. Huge fan of the ability to set up unique customer journeys based on their behavior with our business.

Tracking things like quantity of visits, recapturing them on certain frequency etc are awesome.
