I really enjoy how simple they've made their product. It's intuitive so my partners can easily figure out where to go for information and how to submit their referrals. The partner registration process is simple and takes no time at all. Other partner tools that I evaluated offered too many "tools" that weren't really necessary or had diminishing returns on the acutal usability of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This company is a startup so many of the things that I dislike I feel confident will be resolved with time.
- Although the tool is simple to use, it is very rigid in the sense that you cannot change certain views within the lead submission view and the lead list view.
- Customizing certain fields or objects to match your CRM are not present, this offers lower visbility to partners about the actuall progress of deals they refere over
- It's parnter payment options are limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Intuitive and fresh new age UI to provide a great User Experience (UX)
2. Supportive team.
3. Easy to use.
4. The partner dashboard on the home page is an efficient way to engage partners with what's latest and greatest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The assets section can be provided with a search bar to easily search through folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of deployment and customization. PartnerPortal.io is free for the first 10 partners, which is a no-risk opportunity for early startups to launch their own partner portals and learn how to use their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PartnerPortal.io lacks a lot of features and customization that more sophisticated Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems have today. For example, the platform does not allow you to segment your customers, user roles, and provide conditional incentives based on different products and services. affordability and ability to automate PRM processing with HubSpot integration + the ability to pay and track payments GAME CHANGER within budget!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Restrictions, limitations, cant edit email templates, cant edit lead status, can't create custom workflow, can't export or import data, no backup integration or tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Concept of a 'best-of-breed' reseller-focused portal is good, self-registration, constrained resource sharing, and deal tracking and payments concepts make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very limited integrations (paypal for partner payments, for example), very clunky interface, limited scope, overpriced for what is offered, very underwhelming customer experience. For example, when invited to reply to an automated email sent by co-founder, I was met with an automated reply asking me to donate $2.00 to a charity in order to get my email through a filtering software. The onboarding process at PartnerPortal is the best part. It is far too simple to learn and apply. It also allows you to change the colours and branding which doesn't consume your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PartnerPortal still lacks some key futures in our opinion. For example, partners cannot change the phase of the deal; instead, partners can only enter notes about the deals. When dealing with multiple deals at the same time, this adds extra work for the vendor. However, the support team informed us that this and other futures would be available soon. Implementation was quick and the integration with Hubspot works great! This tool is not overcomplicated, it is simply great for having referrals submitted and tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit more customizability in the way you can collect, manage, and send data would be nice. Overall it has the basics of what you need to get off the ground without spending too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the lead submission and partner resources library. The library is very flexible and allows you to set different resources for different categories and partner types. Very useful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability (currently) to proactively create partner accounts and send invitations. Currently the partner must manually register themselves and the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it gives us one central place to manage leads from partners, share resources with partners, make payments, and share announcements. It definitely seems like they have seen the frustrations of managing a large partner network and made tools to account for all of them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few tiny user experience things they could work on. Partners must register their own agents instead of having our team invite them in one swoop. It hasn't been anything that has made me want to stop using it though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
