What do you like best about Papirfly?

The best part about Papirfly is its comprehensive integration, offering user-friendly brand guidelines, a versatile media library, and customizable templates (in the Produce environment), designed to serve a diverse range of stakeholders with no design experience and no access to professional design applications. Having all of these features in one place helps the brand team maintain consistent on-brand communication across the company. The tool also fosters collaboration among various teams, regardless of their function, such as communications, marketing, and employer branding departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

The back-end user interface (and partially the 'Produce' area), could be more streamlined. Some actions require multiple clicks and occasional second-guessing (e.g.: the 'Request for Approval' button in Produce is quite hidden, represented by a small tick icon that many users find unclear). What do you like best about Papirfly?

Papirfly's customizable asset management system has given us the flexibility to organize our internal assets in a way that makes sense for our team. I can now find an image for a campaign quickly, instead of asking 5 colleagues if they can find it on their local PC! Papirfly has a great support team as well; they made sure we had the training and references we needed to get going quiclky and our ongoing questions are answered quickly. What do you like best about Papirfly?

Super easy to use, and no room to mess anything up. It's straight forward and always gives a consistent brand. Customer support is also very good, with a quick response and always thinking along with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

The templates are only customizable for us at the beginning during the design stage with Papirfly. I cannot change the templates myself, which is sometimes causing no new innovations for brand updates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

Very easy to use CMS with basic training. Digital assets(images, videos, documents) can be uploaded in the DAM and be used in web pages to promote them further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some opportunities for improvement on the DAM, For example:

- allow admin users to enter new metadata fields with datasets in addition to the Global category tree.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

Comperd to our previous brand management tool, Papirfly is very easy to navigate and is much more appealing + it has some cool features that make collaboration easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

The system is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It's structured in such a way that it's easy to find everything you need with enough personalisation functionality to creative a portal that suits your businesses needs. We use it for a range of different things from simple guidelines and how to's, creative templates and a DAM which holds imagery and video. It's an excellent solution to bring order to chaos in terms of brand and visual content. One handy features is the ability to timestamp pages or set expiry dates on digital assets so people using the system know the information is up to date. I also have to say that the account and support team are first class and very quick to resolve any queries or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

If you're using the system as an admin and have access to the backend, it can take some time to understand the set up and how to rearrange some folders and pages. The main search can also be difficult and is heavily reliant on good tagging practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

From the first call I loved their dedication to helping us find the best options and way for implementation. Their support was very helpful for us given the short time in which we had to launch the site. Also, besides the ease of use and intuitive interface we were surprised by the ease of integration with our security policies and servers.

We now have more than 1500 users that use the brand site for getting the latest templates, approved images to work with, some of them using it almost daily to share the brand elements (logo, fonts, templates) with our parteners or suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

What do you like best about Papirfly?

The platform is user-friendly and offers a wealth of resources that make navigating the complexities of co-op advertising much more manageable.
