I really like that with PandaDoc API, I can build documents right inside the website without needing to upload a premade document. This is super helpful because if I forget a section or specific point, I can easily add tables, images, texts, or whatever else is needed directly on the platform. This feature eliminates the need to redo and re-upload documents, which was an issue with previous signature tools I used. It makes handling document creation much more flexible. I would like for calc fields to be a little more built out, maybe not full if statements but multiply by certain things or just have a little more flexibility when building out finance quotes or models. We wanted to be able to have reps send out the agreement and after the customer signs, be prompted to pay 20% of the contract price inputted. It’s not really a dislike or a downside; however, it does require us to have a lot of systems in place and to monitor them closely so we can get the most out of the information being put out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use PandaDoc to send customers' contracts to sign. It makes it easier to have customers review and sign the order documents I need versus sending them PDFs and requiring them to print, sign, and either scan and email them back or send back in US mail. The biggest problem I have with PandaDoc is that there's no one to actually talk to, ever. There's no one to talk to about features, which is a big problem. The occasional webinars they have for new features are terrible and come across as a 'dog and pony show.' The presenters seem much more focused on their performance (theatrics...praising each other, etc.) than providing substantive information. Aside from the webinars, in using the service, when there are issues, there's no one to speak to, which is extremely frustrating, especially concerning billing and understanding why my account renewed a certain way. I love using PandaDoc API for syncing with HubSpot. It offers a seamless connection between proposals, agreements, and our company deals in HubSpot, making access and revising proposals for any given deal much simpler. This saves me valuable time and minimizes frustration. The seamless access to deals and proposals, syncing them for simple access, is a feature I really appreciate. PandaDoc is more user-friendly and has a direct API sync with our HubSpot CRM and sales tools, which was a key factor in switching from DocuSign. Additionally, the initial setup was simple. I would like the API to show my status on a given agreement or proposal more clearly in the reports I use. It's nice to see the status of a given proposal from PandaDoc in a HubSpot deal, but then when I'm looking in my reports and dashboards at deals that will close soon, the status from the PandaDoc API doesn't show up in my sales reports. When I'm looking at my sales reports, I want to see if an agreement/proposal in PandaDoc has an updated status of 'sent,' 'draft,' 'approved,' 'viewed,' and so on. I love using the PandaDoc API because it helps us create proposals, quotes, and data rooms quite often. I like the fact that our customers can sign directly with just an eSignature and billing address, and that gets sent back to us, making it really convenient for receiving quotes. It's wonderful to be able to create a data room with a bunch of different resources about our company so our customers can do their diligence, see documents, IT-related information, quotes, and reviews all in one place. The user interface is very difficult to understand, and I also don't like the fact that you can't get any help from a live person when you need to do things. It's extremely hard for me to figure out how to use it. I want to create a template to use but it is difficult to figure out how to do it. I find PandaDoc API incredibly user-friendly and organized, making it easy to use. It helps me stay on top of my tasks effectively. I would like an easier way to find my documents. It feels like I have to keep clicking different pages to find my original documents. It would be really nice if things were filed more easily, and the home page or create a document page where the templates are was easier to find. I like using PandaDoc API for legal contracts because the contract language is always stored, making it handy for quick contract creation. I find it easy to share and make edits to contracts. What we like best about the PandaDoc API is how reliable and flexible it is once integrated. We built a custom connection between our website and PandaDoc to automatically generate documents and collect signatures - a process we used to handle manually. It’s made a huge difference in saving time, reducing errors, and creating a smoother experience for both our team and our clients. The customer support team has also been amazing - always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the reporting features could be more robust. While the API itself works great for document generation and signatures, getting detailed insights or tracking metrics isn’t as straightforward as we’d like.
