What do you like best about Owner.com?

The customer service line is always available, and the reps are generally pretty helpful. Also, the SEO ranking on our website rose pretty significantly, and we do love the mobile app that Owner provides. Overall, we'd give it a solid 8.5/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

Some of the technical glitches that we have had are somewhat annoying, especially since it is usually attached to new technology offerings that Owner promotes pretty heavily. Also, we do wish it was less expensive, since they both charge a monthly fee and a customer fee per order.

Overall, we chalk the negatives up to growing pains with any new company, and we hope that it continues to improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

They made a nice website for us, I can call customer support and they are always helpful and I can make my own emails to customers. It's great to drive people to the website. Overall great option. I also like that I don't need a contract Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

They said I would save money. But whatever money I am saving not paying commission to Doordash, I am offering discounts and points for people to get free things. In a way it's great for retaining customers but it's also bad becasue they get used to it and I am not in a big city. I think in a big city it's awesome. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Laura the Partnership Manager did an excellant job going over what Owner is. I like the redesign of our wesbite and the proactive communication from the web developer (Adam). Our website was setup quickly, the tablets were sent in fast, and orders were taken within a little over a week. The app is in the work and I am excited to see. The success manager gave us good insights and ideas. I am moving to my 2nd month and excited to see what more results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

At this moment, I don't have any dislike(s) since we are moving to the 2nd month. The only improvement I would like to see is perhaps owner negotiate with stripe for a lower process fee 2.9% + $.30 per transaction. This is on the higher end of cc processing fee. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Owner's team has been very responsive and made getting started really easy. We have a dedicated success manager who is friendly and knowledgeable and really wants to help us to succeed and to get the most out of the platform.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

I am concerned about the 5% fee being charged to our customers, but we will have to see how they respond. Using Owner.com is going to allow us to decouple our online ordering from Doordash so we can raise prices on Doordash which means it will still be more affordable for our customers on Owner.com. At least this is a clear, up front fee unlike the hidden to the customer fee that Doordash charges restaurants, forcing them to raise prices and making the restaurant appear way more expensive than it should. What do you like best about Owner.com?

I think the most helpful thing about owner is that as a restaurant owner, we have so much that we have to deal with everyday that marketing is not really something that we have time for or time to learn about. Owner.com makes it so seamless the marketing side of things that we don't have to do much work on the day-to-day. SEO optomization I didn't even know that was a thing until I saw owner pitch it to me and the power that it have to increase restaurant sales. I was actually shocked that google search traffic was that powerful, even though I used it everyday myself. lol. Also, they do the text and email marketing for you which was another great bonus no need for me to look for different agencies to do different things it all comes from 1 trsuted source. Our restaurant is located in the Miami area, and is a franchise of well-known Indian Cuisine Bawarchi. As well as the amount of money that they have saved alot for our restaurant alone is crazy to say the least. Removing the 30% commission that 3rd party delivery apps take was really hurting our business and we never got to keep the data for ourselves which was not the best. So I couldn't make them regulars @ my own restaurant. But now I have a professional up to date website, mobile app, etc. Which makes me look really sophisticated and on top of things. And sets way apart from the competition around me. And have recieved so many compliments from my customers as well. Which puts a smile on my employees faces everytime they hear it, which indirectly boosts employee retention as well. Which has been great for the full-time staff @ the restaurant. And many more... What do you dislike about Owner.com?

Maybe a downside could be the fact that we cannot increase sales as we like, with SEO it's more just how many people are searching you and that is as far as the marketing goes. And the current customers that you have. If they also had maybe paid advertising so that we can get infront of more customers and get them to see who we are I feel that could be even more helpful. What do you like best about Owner.com?

I am the owner of Grindzpoke.com, we operate in Monrovia and Brea California. Each store is idependently operated, and this platform does an amazing job supporting that.

The onboarding team and the ongoing support team have been amazing. We were live with our website within two weeks, and the mobile app followed. Onboarding team quickly had our website setup. It did take a little longer due to my delay of sending photo assests. The menu setup was easy and they are working with us to constantly improve the user experience. The included printed flyers have been a great help to convert current delivery customers. The total fees paid replaced multiple other services as well, so it was a wash in terms of costs for us, with many more upsides.

Inegration was seemless. From the website, mobile app and the tablets/printers provided. Additionally, It is also connected to my Clover POS. This makes reporting a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

They have some features that are due to roll out. Once those are completed, will be an even stronger platform. As of now, the main feature we are waiting for is the ability to import email lists with less criteria, as we are consolidating marketing platforms, some only have the email or phone number. What do you like best about Owner.com?

owner.com have been a great platform to work with. its a great way to save some fees specially when those cusomers are yours from the 1st place. The sign up process was very easy and got complated fast. our website was completed by owner.com in less then three days which tells you thier customer support is very fast and reliable. i had an issue once with my website anf contacted their suppost line and everything was resolaved within that phone call. Their back office to use is very very easy which let you see where customers are coming from exactly whether from google or yelp or any other websites . They also build my two locations an app which is very mobile frinedly and easy to use. it would take a cusomer less then 30 sec for the order to be printed in my kitchens. i recomand anyone to use this software beacuse of how easy it is to deal with. also owner.com helps my buiness with emaily marketing and text marketing. i am opening a 3rd location and owner.com is my 1st on the list for platform setup. the software may seems hard at the beging but once you learn the concept and how everything functions, it will be become easier then anything else. so as a whole owner.com brought togather all the elments that a business owner like me needs for the their business to function better from marketing to increasing your business online visibility and ranking higher then anyone else who is not using their platform.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

The ability to offer our customers direct delivery is amazing. We can offer lower cost options than Doordash/Gruhbub & have more control with customer interface. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Since switching to Owner.com, our pizzeria has seen an increase in sales and in savings. We love our up to date website, friendly customer service and attentive staff. Our biggest downfall was relied on so many third party platforms to increase our sales, after a while we realized the fees were taken a chunk out of our sales. We also like how easy and fast our website is for customers, especially the apps. We truly appreciate the back end office online where we have the opportunity to see our sales, update our menu and website and see how much we are saving in third party commission fees!
