What do you like best about Owner.com?

The knowledge and expertise the staff have to help guide us through what works and what probably won't work. It was awesome how they took charge of getting set up prepared and were willing to go the extra mile as well in case we cannot reach certain deadlines. The system is very easy to use and we can refer back to what interactions are going on through our website and strategize. The team is willing to help strategize as well with you. What do you dislike about Owner.com?

I would like for a my Restaurant Success Manager to have an assistant in the case I cannot get to them or a team to back her up. She is wonderful and we love her knowledge and expertise. We would love more access to her when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

The crew is very efficient and knowledgeable in getting your app and website up and running. Very easy process and they provide you with a tablet to help you with orders/deliveries.

We use Square as our POS and having Owner allows us to continue to take orders on the few occasions that Square goes offline.

Application is great and customers like the ability to earn points.

Customer support is quick and responsive.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

What do you like best about Owner.com?

Attention All! I am Ranjith, the Proud owner of Tomatoes II Pizzeria located on Washington Ave, Carnegie, Pennsylvania.

. After just one month with the Owner, I've liberated myself from the hefty commissions of third-party delivery services like Doordash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Slice.

The owner's website is easy to use and can be used by anyone on the way home.

The Application provides a discount for first-time users which is great.

Embarking on this journey with the Owner has been a GAME CHANGER FOR MY BUSINESS. In a world where data mining and excessive commission fees run rampant, OWNER stands out as a Beacon of fairness. By providing us with customer information, WE can now leverage data to market marketing and offer enticing discounts to loyal customers throughout the year

I can't recommend Owner.com enough. Their transparent approach and comprehensive dashboard empower restaurant owners like me to make informed decisions for the future. Plus their team, Particularly EVA PETER, Has been instrumental in guiding me every step of the way.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

At this point, I am pleased to say that I have no dislike about our experience with the owner as we transition into the second month.

However, One area where I see the potential for improvement is in negotiating with Strioe for a lower We are currently paying 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction, Which is on the higher end of the range of fees associated with credit card processing, and we believe that if we could reduce this cost, It would be extremely beneficial to our business. Even though my bank offered me a very low transaction fee, I was not able to use it due to their contractual agreement with Stripe. I tried to reduce but I couldn't see postive results from the owner.com

What do you like best about Owner.com?

The key offerings for owner.com are the web site and the delivery service, also the android and iPhone apps for ordering food. These all work extremely well and are easy to set up. The support is outstanding, with people in Canada and USA taking the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

The downside I found was the integration using OTTER. It would have been better to do my own API integration or use Deliverect. My understading is that Owner has since dropped otter as an integration partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

What we were waiting for for 14 years. A company that fits our needs in everyday operation and communcation with customer. Staying ahead in tecnology and finding new ways to meet our customer needs is what OWNER.COM has provided for us. It is hard and also stressfull to change a flow or model you have currenly, but the move we made with this new platform has tremendously changed our business and helped employeed many more employees to fulfill the orders we are receving. Third parties are important part of todays business, but having your own website with owners template giving you everything you need in one place with security and support is needed for todays resturant environment. The integration with Otter and also future developement with intergration with POS system with large brands will become an assist. Easy to use, Easy to set up, and we use and promote our OWN website everyday . Chris ( Our support form owner ) has responded to all our emails and helped with everything form Day 1 until today. What do you dislike about Owner.com?

FEES are the downside, but you can speak to them to see what they are able to do . The one thing I learned was the monthly rate was a lot, but they do offer a lot for the money you pay monthly. I come from a tech background and I still would rather pay owner.com for the items they offer so we can focus on the resturant side. Let them do what they do best. What do you like best about Owner.com?

From Mama's Italian Family Restaurant in Perry Florida. This software and agency was a game changer for my business!!!! The onboarding crew got me up and running FAST, the IT work that they do is nothing less than amazing. I had questions before signing up and promptly got a call directly from the founder ADAM himself and he walked me through the entire process and answered every question I could imagine. I set the tone for my webpage based on how I set up my own page for my business and they have matched it perfectly. ( I can sometimes get it confused with my own work and often it exceeds it.) I PAY NO FEES for the platform itself though I immediately signed up for their email and marketing subscription and let me just tell you, I average about $12000.00 a month in revenue volume that I pay NO COMMISSIONS on. Only the proccessing fees associated with credit cards for payment. The User Interface is so easy to integrate with my everyday processes and proceedures. I use it everyday to manage my online offerings, 86/68 items and check my payments and sales. Joining this group has been by far one of the most sound decisions I have made for my restaurant. I am happy to report I DONT HAVE A NEGATIVE THING TO SAY! like other reviewers here if I MUST choose a negative, it would also be to negotiate better CC rates @2.9% and $.30 with Stripe Payments, but I would literaly pay 5% for all the savings I get from using Owner.com vs the others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

The revamping of the website and ease of use is great! Anytime there has been something that needed to be added or taken away, support was right on it! The postcard flyers are great, as well! The deliveries have been much better with no issues, unlike our GrubHub orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

Not currently integrated with Heartland POS. Not able to figure out a more seem less ordering method for our Teacher Lunch Delivery Program. Once set in motion, the $500 a month could come down to $0, I believe, since so much is being made on the credit card processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

Once we begun the process, they were immediatly working with myself and my marketing staff to get content, images and overall knowledge of the software.
