My husband and I own Moxmoe Pictures Famous Sandwiches in Huntingdon, PA, and Owner helped us revamp our broken website, making us look far more professional and appealing as we work on expanding our brand. Customers love the new interface and we love that we have the option to upsell certain items as well as have the trust of customers ordering directly from our website. If I had to point out one thing, it’s that we can’t change the coupon amounts in their automated marketing funnels. We’re stuck with their suggestions, which usually work well, but having the option to tweak them would be great. It’s a small issue in an otherwise fantastic service. I have 2 restaurants in Bonita Ca; Romesco and Taco Machin. I initially made the switch to owner because of the crazy fees from my 3rd party delivery companies. Their abuse in fees has always been ridiculous. About 2-3 months into owner it really was surprising how my bottom line increased and became more attractive from the get go, this is a no brainer. More money in my bank account? Why not? Also, our personalized apps for online ordering really makes my restaurants stand our from our competition. The only thing I would really say is that using Otter vs just using owner.com for anything and everything would be nice. Adding another factor of another sign in and another customer service to have to call to is somewhat of a headache. I hope this changes down the road, besides that, the savings in my bank account make up for it. I recommend making the transition to owner.com 100% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been less than a month working with Owner.com and we have seen positive changes with our business. They helped amped up our mundane website and made it more user-friendly. Not to mention, helping us and our customers save money! We have gain more orders directly from our website instead of the third party apps ,that quite honestly, rip us off with their 36% commission fees amongst other fees and overcharging our customers. We, at Curry on Indian Cuisine, value our customers and are elated to know that Owner.com has all our best interests in mind. We are grateful and excited to continue moving forward with Owner.com! Their SEO tactics work amazling. They optimize the website they develop for you to drive you up the listings for google/bing and other search platforms. Once they land people on your site, they have a great website that is proven to drive sales. As an owner, the best part of spending the money on their product is being able to see a clear return on it as the reporting they provide will give you more insights into how they drove sales to your website. For any restaurant that wants to drive online sales, I haven't found a better option. Integration is pretty simple as well, they build the site based on your menu. Customer support was extremely prompt to get back with me. They were also truly knowledgeable and able to fix my issues immediately. The back side of the website is easy to use and informative. I personally use their reporting everyday to track sales and conversion rates. They also have a really easy to implement marketing campaign to bring customers back frequently. The only downside is it wasn't able to fully integrate with square, meaning it could push orders through, but it required me to manage the square menu separately than the owner.com menu. I own Biderman's Deli in Austin, TX, and throughout my multi-unit restraunt portfolio, I have used many marketing partners and platforms. Hands down, the Owner.com offering is the best third-party I have experienced. The onboarding process is fast and easy, you own your own customer data, their customer service team is easily accessible, and they integrate well with our updated POS. The owner.com campaigns are intuitive and interact with customers without nuisance, and we can create our own campaings with just a few clicks. We recently started using Owner.com at both of our restaurants, Red Onion Cafe and Red Onion Espressoria, in Joplin, Missouri. I own and manage a sushi restaurant in Seattle, WA (www.shikusushi.com). I can say without a doubt, that partnering with owner.com has been possibly one of the best moves we've made as a restaurant. They took our outdated website, and brought it to the forefront of modern design and functionality. There are so many benefits and tools to describe. They provided us a modern platform to really sell and connect to our customers. SEO optimization, automated marketing, data mining, built in loyalty programs, etc. The most important thing is that being a fairly new company, you can tell that everyone from the CEO down to their support staff really care about us small business owners, and are very responsive to our input/requests.
Their onboarding team is spectacular (shoutout Juan S!), and was able to get us switched over in a matter of days. Their sales staff (shoutout Aaron L!) was very knowledgeable and cordially persistent (I'm so glad I finallly met w/ him). Their support team is awesome and responsive, and they assign you a restaurant success manager (shoutout Phillip H!), who added massive value immediately.
If you're a restaurant, and offer takeout/delivery, you won't be dissappointed for switching over. You'll find their monthly cost more than worth it for what you get. The goal is to eventually phase out the other 3rd party delivery apps, along w/ their higher fees for us at least, and I anticipate we're on our way.

As mentioned by many of the other reviews on here, the merchant account (aka credit card) fees are steeper than our in-house provider. The savings and ROI owner.com provides, however, more than makes up for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about owner.com is that I can speak with my account rep and go over things on my account and feel as if I have total support from them to make my business run smoothly.
