As with most all-in-one solutions you tend to sacrifice the granular control and extended featuresets of more dedicated third-party solutions for the opportunity to have it all housed under one roof.
Yes, you can get finer audience segmentation with a dedicated email marketing platform, but unless you're operating a national brand, do you need that? My guess is, not really.
Yes, you're kind of locked into Owner.com's method of rationalizing loyalty rewards, but they offer enough flexibility in quantifying those rewards to satisfy the needs of most restaurants.

As a small bakery owner, I can't say enough good things about Owner.com! This platform has been an absolute game-changer for my business. From the very beginning, the setup process was seamless and user-friendly. I was able to create a beautiful, professional website that truly reflects the charm and personality of my bakery.
The built-in tools for online ordering, delivery management, and customer communication have made running my business so much easier. I have been using Owner.com at my 2 coffee shops for online ordering for about a year now and have been very satisfied with the results. The flat fee and no commission is great for the bottom line. They setup the website and menu for you, which you can customize as you desire, they also create an app for your customers to download an use. You get all the information you need on a dashboard with reporting features. They also have the option to send emails or texts to your customers to promote items and stay in touch. One of the best things about Owner.com is how incredibly easy it was to get started/get implemented. From the minute we said go, it was like we had slipped into Warp drive. The icing on the cake though is delivering on what they promissed when we reviewed them against the competitors. We found that the platform is intuitive, and their team provided dedicated support from day one, making the entire process seamless. What really stands out is that their support isn’t just a one-time setup—they continue to be engaged and proactive in optimizing our account. Plus, it's more than just a website; it’s a full marketing solution. The built-in marketing tools help drive real results without needing a separate agency or complicated integrations. It’s a true all-in-one platform that makes running our online presence simple and effective. There’s honestly not much to dislike, but if I had to nitpick, I’d say the report filters don’t remember my selections when I switch between stores, which can be a bit frustrating when analyzing data across locations. Also, the site and Google Autofill don’t always play nice—Google keeps trying to fill dropdowns with my saved passwords instead of letting me select from the list. Owner.com makes the onboarding process, support, and user experience so seemless and stress free. From our intial phone call to the launch of our website we were up and running with a professional website in days. The UX of our site is 10x better then what we had prior. No more bringing our customers away from our site to alternte ordering platforms or menus. The intergration of owner.com with Square is seemless and so helpful for our restaurant staff. The only two negative things I can say so far is that I wish owner.com business dashboard allow me to control our customer partipants as far as deleting from the email campiagns and the ability to update our google page tags. For the most part I am able to control a variety of things but this is where it lacks. We have a unique offering and some of the google tags that generate are not appliable. Owner.com has been pivotal in the overall operation of my business, the dedicate support team who we have 24-hour access to is there to help every step of the way. My Restaurant has had very clear reporting on the dashboard, which is really easy to understand, and it helps me understand which part of the business I need to focus on as a priority. There are certain aspects of the platform that do need some work, specifically we have gift card sales, but the dollar amount does not go to the restaurant the gift card was physically used in, it goes to where the gift card was purchased and that can be a bit tough to reconcile at the end of the month. I’ve been with Owner.com since November, and from the very start, I knew it was the right choice. The sales rep helped me right away, and after using another company with mixed results, I saw the potential in Owner.com’s platform.
In the first month, my sales were about the same as before, but I quickly realized I had way more tools at my disposal—collecting customer emails and phone numbers, running promotions, and having full control over my website to update specials, add pictures, and make modifications as needed.
By the second month, my online sales had increased by $2,000. By the third month, I was up $3,000 to $4,000 more, and within three months, I had generated between $4,000 to $6,000 more than the previous period. On top of that, I made over $3,000 in direct delivery orders through my website, saving me around 20% in third-party delivery fees—about $600 in savings!

One improvement I’d love to see is a clearer breakdown of delivery versus pickup orders in the dashboard. Currently, there’s no report that separates the two, making it harder to track performance and analyze trends. Additionally, it’s been over three months, and my SMS marketing number is still not ready despite frequent follow-ups.
