One of the best things about Owner.com is how incredibly easy it was to get started/get implemented. From the minute we said go, it was like we had slipped into Warp drive. The icing on the cake though is delivering on what they promissed when we reviewed them against the competitors. We found that the platform is intuitive, and their team provided dedicated support from day one, making the entire process seamless. What really stands out is that their support isn’t just a one-time setup—they continue to be engaged and proactive in optimizing our account. Plus, it's more than just a website; it’s a full marketing solution. The built-in marketing tools help drive real results without needing a separate agency or complicated integrations. It’s a true all-in-one platform that makes running our online presence simple and effective. What do you dislike about Owner.com?

There’s honestly not much to dislike, but if I had to nitpick, I’d say the report filters don’t remember my selections when I switch between stores, which can be a bit frustrating when analyzing data across locations. Also, the site and Google Autofill don’t always play nice—Google keeps trying to fill dropdowns with my saved passwords instead of letting me select from the list. Not deal-breakers by any means, just small quirks that could be improved for an even smoother experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Owner.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Owner.com is helping us take control of our marketing, SEO, and online sales, allowing us to be more self-sufficient rather than relying on third-party delivery platforms like Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats. The platform makes it easy to drive direct orders, keeping more revenue in our business instead of paying high commission fees to delivery apps. While plenty of solutions exist—including those from our own POS provider—none of them have nailed the combination of technology and marketing like Owner.com. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Owner.com makes the onboarding process, support, and user experience so seemless and stress free. From our intial phone call to the launch of our website we were up and running with a professional website in days. The UX of our site is 10x better then what we had prior. No more bringing our customers away from our site to alternte ordering platforms or menus. The intergration of owner.com with Square is seemless and so helpful for our restaurant staff. What do you dislike about Owner.com?

The only two negative things I can say so far is that I wish owner.com business dashboard allow me to control our customer partipants as far as deleting from the email campiagns and the ability to update our google page tags. For the most part I am able to control a variety of things but this is where it lacks. We have a unique offering and some of the google tags that generate are not appliable. The live support team is one of the strongest aspects of Owner.com. Whenever I’ve called for assistance, the team has been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. This direct phone support adds a personal touch that many other platforms lack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

The platform is marketed as a premium product with a price of over $500 per month, but it requires additional POS add-ons that were not clearly communicated during the sales process, and I need to police to ensure delivery. There is also a lack of guided onboarding or milestone tracking to help businesses achieve the case-study-level success touted by the sales team. Additionally, it’s been over three months, and my SMS marketing number is still not ready despite frequent follow-ups. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Owner does an amazing job of putting together all the tools, tricks and tips that I've collected over 37 years of running restaurants. Being a pretty digitally oriented, chef and restaurant owner, I'm amazed at what owner does the team and I'm looking at the industry over sometime. Excellent follow up on digital orders, and creating a beautifully crafted website… Although I have the skills to do my own sites, I realize the time I was taken wasn't maybe worth it so I moved over to owner and have been very happy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Part of the built-in features include a bit of lack of customization, it probably keeps me on the rails in a good way, but being a little more flexible with the design would be nice. I'm not quite clear on how to manage the pages and make the site what I want, and being a, pretty decent web designer, I would like a little more customization. What do you like best about Owner.com?

We have been using Owner.com’s platform for our restaurant, which has two locations offering online takeout and delivery services. The comprehensive suite of tools provided by Owner.com has been a game-changer for us. Here are some key highlights of our experience:

One-Stop Shop for Online Ordering: Owner.com built an excellent online ordering website as well as an APP for us that handles everything from order taking to payment processing. This seamless integration has made our operations much more efficient.

Cost-Effective Solution: The cost of $499 per month, plus credit card charge fees and a small transaction fee per order, is highly economical. Compared to third-party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats, which can take over 30% of the revenue, Owner.com’s platform saves us thousands of dollars.

Delivery Integration with DoorDash: The partnership with DoorDash ensures prompt and reliable delivery service. This not only keeps our customers happy but also maintains the quality and timing of our deliveries.

The only thing we want Owner.com to improve is that every time the customer fills out an online reservation form or catering form, it does not provide confirmation emails at all, which leaves confusion and uncertainty for the customers. What do you like best about Owner.com?

My husband and I own Moxmoe Pictures Famous Sandwiches in Huntingdon, PA, and Owner helped us revamp our broken website, making us look far more professional and appealing as we work on expanding our brand. Customers love the new interface and we love that we have the option to upsell certain items as well as have the trust of customers ordering directly from our website. Integration was a little hectic and we ended up doing some of the work on our own. There aren't quite as many customization options as we'd like to see, specifically with the loyalty program, but we have been able to make things work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fixing our website that was broken and outdated, as well as building more trust in customers when they are ordering directly from our site.
