They get incredible support and develop products every day. I love how easy it is to interact with it. Now, you can connect with even more potential customers across all platforms than ever before.
What I like most about Replay is the way it lists the tasks to be completed in order. This allows you to send tons of pre-made and customizable templates very quickly and easily.
Best part? Everything is logged to Pipedrive using the built-in Outplay integration. This gives you a general idea of what's going on in every deal while maintaining contact details between sales representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve for setting up the software was a bit tricky. Triggers and sequences are stored in strange places, making testing difficult. We've mainly used the email sequence features and have been very happy with those. In particular, the ability to do A/B testing on messages has helped us improve our open, click and response rates. We use Pipedrive as our CRM, and the integration between the two platforms is solid. In general, we have found Outplay easy to use and easy to implement. Our sales team uses Outplay all the time. It is a critical part of our standard sales motions. We've also been very pleased with support. Any time we have had a question or needed help, they've assisted us quickly. Our main use of Outplay has been around emails. I'd like to see more email creation tools - such as easy integration of Google fonts. Right now, we design our emails in another platform and then bring the HTML into Outplay. That works well, but it would be nice to be able to do more design work within Outplay itself. The deliverability on Outplay is great. We have been performing greatly with Outplay and the calling feature is great too.
The choice of numbers for various countries does help us make the job much easier. Power dialer is also a great feature to use.

There are bugs that we do come across most of the times across the system especially with filters or reporting, which we escalate to the customer support team immediately and then they have to get in to fixing them.
A lot more additional features need to be included, especially would be excited to see the custom reporting feature which would help the customers unlock a lot of data analysis.

I like most the excellent client service. The response time is always immediate, and the consultants point me in the right direction. They are always willing to dig deeper into complicated issues, even though we are small business with only one sales executive; hence only one Oneplay license for USD 99 monthly.

Outplay is simple to implement and powerful enough to let you automate tons of outbound processes...SMS, email, dials - when I was using this, I was able to closely replicate automations I had running in HubSpot, which is pretty impressive.
