Reachlnbox’s team is fantastic! Very professional, helpful, and quick in responding to any request that I have. I chose to partner with them and use their platform as it provides the exact service that any growing agency would need. Thanks to their excellent email warm up system and inbox rotation feature my email deliverability skyrocketed! The ability to filter and to see all inboxes in one place as well as their Onebox feature optimized my work and saved me hours of search and organization. Not to mention their interactive UI that made the navigation of the platform much easier. It would be great to add more filters and labels to sort replies-making the process of handling multiple inboxes much easier. Additionally, more native integrations would be very interesting. Having a built-in CRM connection would also save users a lot of time and contribute to automating things. That said, Zapier is doing good - it’s a suggestion for making things smoother like what exists in HubSpot.

I have been using Reachinbox since its early days, and I am amazed at how fast they have grown. Initially, there were quite a few glitches—warm-up issues, bounces, and an interface that wasn’t always intuitive. Those hurdles made me skeptical at first, especially after experiences with other email platforms that shut down without warning. I have a friend who does email campaigns frequently and he recommended ReachInBox. I do these campaings only rarely, and I really like RIB. What I love most about ReachInbox is how the AI instantly creates amazing, engaging email copy.

They’re constantly adding new features, like "Templates in OneBox," which was just added this week, and "Provider Matching," released last week. The "Enhanced Open Rate Tracking Without Spam Risk" is also incredible!

The only downside with ReachInbox is that the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Some of the advanced features take time to fully understand.
