All of the osapiens team has been extremely supportive throughout all of the implementation process. Not only this, but also the resources they provide for us to learn and take the most advantage we can from the tool, have managed to meet all of our needs, and more. Additionally, we have really appreciated that regarding regulatory compliance, they have a third party for consulting and advice which have given webinars and documentation for regulatory understanding. Osapiens helps you to get started and provides a userfriendly and intuitive platform. Especially the well accomanied start by professionals located in my home country makes the start easy. The platform with the modul that we have purchased helps us to disclose our supply chain in an easy and transparent way. The possibilities to easily adjust the workflows to our needs but also the templates it provides from the beginning are essential to be efficient. **What do you dislike about osapiens?** After our short experience I have only discovered a few features that I personally would prefer to adjust for now. Not excluding that after further usage from my side it may become less relevant. First is to be able to create "tags" directly within the platform and not to up-load it. Secondly the current way of downloading the data and problems on my side to convert into the right format/the need at all to download the data in order to efficiently work with the data - why can this not be done within the software. And thirdly that the data field "yearly annual volume" is overwriten and does not contain a history. Fast and very intuitive User Interface, without any flaws. Highly automated and complex workflows can be realised without any coding skills. The whole solution is build in a VERY logical way. Doing all of it manually simply is not possible, so we were looking for solution providers in that field. After doing some research we finally found osapiens. Different to many other companies, they are focusing heavily on product development instead of marketing promises so that we licensed a broad range of solutions from them. This allows us to only collaborate with one company, working in one user interface, working with one set of data – instead of working with several software providers at the same time. Now, we are a couple of months in the business relationship and we are even more excited than within the sales process. The LkSG / Due Dillgence product is already up and running, executing an AI based risk assessment of our suppliers in real-time. Also, we started our CSRD efforts and are well on track. With the most business critical part, EUDR, we are on our way – the osapiens team is giving us great guidance on what we need to focus on.
