The vision resounds with many, people have a pragmatic can do attitude and get things done. Ease of Use really has struck a cord with our global organization. Wealth of features is astounding and monhtly expanded. Also the Onboarding support has been tremendous and collaborative.

The organization is relatively young and quickly growing, you can sense that at times.

The quick and well-qualified response to questions, the relaxed approach and the help page - where everything important is explained.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

At the moment we have no negative points, which may also be due to the fact that we do not use all the functions to their full extent.

With Osapiens, we can carry out risk analyses of our direct suppliers automatically and get results quickly so that we don't have to do this manually. It also makes it easier for us to communicate with our direct suppliers regarding social and environmental risk factors.

  ### 5. We compared various solutions -  we found osapiens really provides a holistic software suite for ESG

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

As every company, getting your data right can be a critical task. The team from osapiens explained us which data we really need and helped us to set up the SAP certified connector. Configuration and import was easy and will allow us to use it for new use cases later on. 

Their LkSG/ due diligence tool provides an AI-based risk assessment for all suppliers. We avoid doing manual work and can focus on the high risk suppliers. Their workflow and questionnaire templates help to reach out to suppliers in an automated way. We now get an overview of any relevant news so we can stay ahead of the curve. 

Also, we started our journey with both their CSRD and Corporate Carbon footprint solutions now. It is a really seamless experience!

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

As every tool, it is important to get your data correct before ingesting it. Still, they helped us enriching industry codes in an automated way. More than 80% of the suppliers were mapped which was exciting to see.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing this software, we struggled with effectively managing our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. However, with the ESG software, we were able to streamline our sustainability reporting, track our progress towards goals, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Osapiens is THE software if you want to get your ESG obligations DONE! Process-orientated and straight to the point - but still dynamic and alligned with customers needs. 
There wasn't any problem with integration due to the cloud-based solution and for the first days customer support is more than a partner to you.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

hard to say but as ESG is dynamic so is the software. some Features appear in a different way than they did yesterday. But in the now here they are better. So get used to it! And than use it each and every day!

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the best software for dealing with German LKSG with its partner law-firm GvW  and reaching out for the long haul of European ESG legislative. Allways in Contact with the Spindoctors and open minded and sharing, where sharing is caring.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

The service and support during onboarding went very well. Osapiens was very flexible in making appointments. In addition, the tool was explained very well and provided with instructions. This made it very easy for our team to tailor the tool to our needs and complete the process quickly. 
The tool is extremly user-friendly and comes with a manual so that you can always refer back to it if you can't find something.In addition, the application is very much designed from the customer's perspective, which is of course fantastic for daily usage.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Some views in the tool, especially the exports, could still be improved. After we noted this, a ticket was opened immediately. Our impression is that this will be dealt with promptly in order to improve the customer experience in particular.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Osapiens manages to carry out a risk analysis in its tool, which is required by German law in the area of supplier risk measurement. For companies with a large number of suppliers in particular, the tool can process and evaluate mass data very quickly and provide a corresponding risk assessment. Strict workflows, which the user can build himself, are then used to carry out a more in-depth analysis.

Due to the preparation of the master data, the kickoff was quickly completed. For individual needs, a solution is sought together with the employees of osapiens, and suggestions are also gladly received. The support has been absolutely unproblematic so far.

A type of database for PDFs would be desirable to also request your own documents from suppliers via osapiens.

The majority of the requirements under the LkSG are covered by the LkSG solution from osapiens. The documentation of the work is particularly important to us in this regard. The complaint management and general risk management via the platform greatly facilitate compliance with due diligence obligations.

we use the program for creating cbam reports. it's easy to use. the customer support (Mr. Kurth) is very friendly and patient.

we haven' t any  problems with osapiens so far

to create cbam reports: it's very simple to capture the data from customs declaration, to create a report and to forward to customs portal. But the topic is very new and initial problems are normal.

User friendly, high flexibility to adapt to law changes, templates match almost all requirements and can be used by most industries (no need to start from scratch), good understanding of LkSG requirements, professional training sessions

There are still a few features that would be great to have but the fast speed at which updates are being released makes this remark almost negligible

The tool is very comprehensive and intuitive to use. We were able to test the tool extensively and thus knew exactly what preliminary work needed to be done with master data maintenance. As a result, the implementation was quick and easy to do.

With my limited experience with the tool I haven't still found something that I dislike

From what I know it is lauching monthly releases of the product so I guess they are continously working in solving the issues reported by customers.

- workflows for working faster with many business partners and all obligations

most issues are solved very fast, but you need to wait for new version a few days
mostly easy to use (some hidden points where need to ask for explanation, but not much)

German supply chain act is completely solved by Osapiens
- fast work on many suppliers, no need for many users (new employees)

Osapies also will solve other tasks in supply chain, which could be a good solution in future
