What I like best about osapiens is their fast and responsive customer service whenever we have a request or need support. I also appreciate their attention to detail, the clarity and transparency in the way they work, and the excellent support experience they provide to users. Overall, they are professional, reliable, and very user-oriented.

So far, I don’t have any major complaints about osapiens. My experience with the platform has been very positive, and the support team has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance.

Osapiens helps us by adapting the Track & Trace platform to our operational needs. They support the creation of new ports for new workstations and assist with configuration adjustments for the equipment currently used in our processes. **What do you like best about osapiens?**

I’ve been working with osapiens and their software for almost two years now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The platform offers a comprehensive solution for managing sustainability and compliance processes, especially when it comes to complex requirements like supply chain transparency and ESG data management.
What I appreciate most is the flexibility of the software and its ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. As sustainability standards continue to change, osapiens keeps improving and updating the system, which makes it a reliable long-term partner.
The user interface has improved over time and is becoming increasingly intuitive. In addition, the customer support and project teams are highly committed, responsive, and solution-oriented. You really feel that they take customer feedback seriously and continuously work on enhancing the product.
I’ve also had the opportunity to attend several events and workshops hosted by and together with osapiens. These have always been a great experience — I consistently learn a lot and get to connect with inspiring people, expanding my professional network in a meaningful way.

During onboarding, you are left to your own devices when it comes to the tasks discussed. This is unusual because it makes it more difficult to get started. Of course, you can ask questions at any time. The idea behind this is to get to grips with the topic and the software – but ultimately it has achieved its purpose and you learn to understnad the process.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use osapiens' EUDR Hub to fulfil our obligations when importing wooden furniture into the EU. For us, osapiens is the interface between the supplier on the one hand and the requirements for transmitting DDS numbers to the customs on the other. So every relevant order runs through osapines and will be processed in both directions.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

I like the interface and the UI of osapiens, along with the options we have to submit things like DDS directly from the tool, which automates the process and saves time. The three environments - supplier intelligence, EUDR, and supplier portal - are very helpful and the interface is user-friendly. Also, choosing osapiens over another vendor was influenced by their customer support, better environment, and a wide range of solutions. The onboarding experience was good, especially the sessions and Q&A, and the onboarding manager was very helpful with issues during the process.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

We need to have a solution to add the plots directly to purchase orders, maybe a drag and drop solution would be helpful. This is one of the main challenges.

Osapiens helps us with EUDR compliance, risk assessments, and risk mitigation when needed. It streamlines submitting DDS, saving time, but we face challenges like setting the plot per PO. The UI is user-friendly, making it easier to navigate.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

The support provided during the onboarding process was excellent. Whenever questions arose, it was always possible to reach out and receive competent assistance, or the issue was escalated internally for clarification.
Additionally, the portal is continuously being developed. Suggestions and requested features are reviewed and, where feasible, implemented. These regular updates are a significant advantage, even though some features would ideally have been available from the start.
Overall, the usability of the portal is largely intuitive and easy to learn. However, when working at a more advanced level, additional guidance is required, as certain descriptions and labels are not entirely clear.
The automation process will undoubtedly bring increased efficiency and transparency.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Certain features, such as supplier onboarding, are only available through an add-on and are not included as standard functionality. Furthermore, improvements and updates are not consistently implemented across all hubs. For example, the Supplier Intelligence module often receives adjustments earlier than the PCM module.
There are also inconsistencies in wording across different modules, which can initially create obstacles. Greater consistency in terminology would significantly simplify the onboarding process. Similar issues arise with differences in presentation and structure. For instance, in Supplier Intelligence, questionnaires are created and managed directly through a dedicated option in the main interface, whereas in the PCM module, this function for requests is located under the settings. This lack of uniformity makes navigation and adoption more challenging.

Osapiens is intended to resolve the issue of partially inconsistent document updates. In addition, the current manual workload required for sending reminders and notifications to review feedback is expected to be minimized and optimized.
Osapiens is designed to serve as a central hub for all supplier-specific documents, ensuring better organization, consistency, and efficiency in document management.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

I really appreciate the both good and fast response from them, they are very helpful and knowledgeble. The portal itself is very clean looking and easy to get into and understand. We rarely have issues with the performance, and ID issuers are very rarely an issue so the integrations are working well. Overall it is a stable and nice portal!

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Personally I am not a fan of the multi authentication that was introduced. We have also seen an issue with new users having issues logging in, which are solved after a ticket has been made to Dentsu, but I am not sure of the rootcause - but it is happening to all new users of osapiens portal.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly issues with different kind of communications, from cameras to handscanners. Also when we sometimes get strange responses or issues with the messages being sent to Inextrack and the primary. Where osapiens helps us with both solving and or troubbleshooting. So it helps a lot with uptime for our lines.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

It’s quite a user-friendly tool. The Help Center and all the available training materials, as well as periodical webinar are very helpful. We also received great support and cooperation from our onboarding manager. Overall, we appreciated features such as workflows, questionnaires, pre-defined risk assessment criteria for EUDR compliance, and checks over the land plots.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Unfortunately, Osapiens doesn’t offer an API for our ERP, so we had to do some internal development to integrate the product with our systems. In addition, the support from the technical team didn’t always meet our expectations during this process. We also ran into difficulties managing items that share the same ID across different domains. As a result, we were forced to use a single domain for all regulations, even though we would have preferred to keep the domains separated.

Overall, we’re satisfied with the onboarding support we’ve been receiving. That said, we haven’t always been happy with the technical support.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

User interface is easy to use. I mostly work with master data and workflows: maintaining master data is simple with the templates provided. Workflows are quite intuitive to build. When I've encountered issues, help desk has always been friendly and co-operative. All my tickets have been solved, if not immediately, within reasonable time. Our teams onboarding manager (Tatiana Velez) was extremely helpful and clear with her advice.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Connection to EU TRACES is sometimes slow, which can hinder assessment processing (this might be more of a TRACES issue). In the assessment view in EUDR Hub, the filters could be more adjustable, and the search functions more flexible; for some searches, you have to use an exact match to find anything. With workflows, there could be more triggers to be used.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our EUDR processes are all in Osapiens which makes it simple, since everything is within one tool. Connection to EU TRACES that is provided saves us a lot of time, since we don't have to build any integration there ourselves.

As an osapiens customer, we are particularly satisfied with the comprehensive end-to-end service that osapiens provides. The platform is exceptionally well designed, combining smart interfaces, intelligent process mapping, and effective data management.

What stands out to us is the user-friendly interface of the digital solution and the way data can flow between different solutions and hubs for various purposes. This enables reliable, data-based decision-making and creates real added value for our organization.

In addition, the customer support provided by the onboarding experts, account managers, and academy advisors is comprehensive, highly professional, responsive, and very friendly. The onboarding process runs smoothly, even for large and rather complex municipal organizations like ours.

I also greatly appreciate the regular compliance updates provided by competent legal experts cooperating with osapiens. These updates save me a significant amount of time in research and reduce uncertainty when dealing with complex regulatory and strategic decisions.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

I find it unfortunate that many of the onsite events take place in Mannheim. I understand that this is related to the location of the headquarters. However, I would appreciate it if the SoS event could take place in a different city each year, allowing organizations with smaller travel budgets to participate more easily.

Berlin would, of course, be ideal. :)

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with osapiens in the areas of sustainability management, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, IT security in the supply chain, and ideally, in the future, our entire risk management (ERMS). Ideally, osapiens will become our central GRC platform.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

The tool provides us with the ability to conduct our risk analysis for a very large number of suppliers in a very short time, to consider valid sources, to customize questionnaires according to our needs, to send them out, and to evaluate them. Particularly positive is the legal security that osapiens offers. We can build our own workflows and save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Filtering by buyers must be possible, which is currently missing and leads to a loss of efficiency. When individual adjustments are made in the questionnaire, the evaluations no longer work, which is unfortunately a technical bug or can be solved through very complicated means. Unfortunately, the osapiens contacts are very difficult to reach and often cannot provide information, despite regular and now years of waiting. The support and functionalities of the software really need to be improved. Services cannot be used as they were initially advertised. The initial setup was complicated because the templates had to be maintained with very specific fields and NACE codes had to be assigned for the first time.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use osapiens for automating our risk analysis and for analyzing NGO reports, websites, indices, and receive the evaluation through an abstract risk score. Enriched with questionnaires, a statement on the specific risk can be quantified with sufficient probability. It is also used for the tool for defining, implementing, and documenting measures.

I really like the simplicity of operation with osapiens and that I can immediately call up the business partners and instantly see their risk score. The user-friendliness helps me a lot because I still have many other tasks to complete that arise in daily business. Therefore, a quick overview is very important to me, as well as not having to switch back and forth between different tabs or programs. And I can see all of this with just a few clicks. I can send out questionnaires relatively easily if there should be any problems.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Sometimes there are too many functions, so you don't know exactly what to click to achieve what you want. Also, I don't like that you can't call up business partner questionnaires again once they are being processed by the business partner. I find that a bit tricky. The workflows are relatively complicated, and if an error occurs, the whole thing doesn't work at all. You are then very dependent on support. Additionally, the initial setup of osapiens was complex and required many appointments to set everything up properly.

I use osapiens for tracking supply chains. It helps me with its user-friendliness by allowing me to immediately access business partners and quickly see their risk score. This saves me time as I don't have to switch between different tabs.

A holistic hub that sensibly connects business-relevant areas. Ideal for the management and monitoring of processes, with numerous customization options, allowing the application to be tailored individually to one's own requirements. Additionally, the solution is industry-oriented and offers a great range of services. The whole package is rounded off by a great team.

The great offer naturally comes at a price, which unfortunately may not always be feasible depending on the company. Additionally, the handling is not necessarily intuitive, resulting in a somewhat greater training effort for those involved.

osapiens covers a wide range of ESG solutions, allowing all software needs for sustainability management to be handled via a single platform. Combined with their ambition to lead in this field, we don’t have to worry about using an outdated solution; instead, we can rely on continuous development and openness to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

The dynamic ESG regulatory landscape forces osapiens into a state of continuous development. Consequently, achieving a perfectly polished solution for ESG reporting can feel like a moving target. This challenges us as users, as we must constantly update our workflows to incorporate new software functionalities (e.g., CSRD reporting).

osapiens brings transparency to our sustainability reporting processes – not only when preparing our Corporate Carbon Footprint and CSRD/ESRS-compliant sustainability report, but also during our annual audit.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

The solution helps us meet regulatory and customer requirements, particularly in the areas of traceability Ftrace. It is also positive that a standardized platform is provided, which can be used by multiple partners.

At the same time, we currently see potential for optimization, especially regarding the required effort, the integration into existing processes, and the cost-benefit ratio.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Unfortunately, our workflow has not improved with Ftrace, but rather become more complicated. The rights assignment is cumbersome, and the data view display from a corporate perspective with multiple locations is not well resolved. You have to create a separate user for each location and constantly log out and back in, which takes a lot of time in everyday life. The website's performance is also not convincing: it takes noticeably long for the data to be linked and everything to be displayed correctly.

I like osapiens because it provides a good overview of our supply chain and takes work off our hands. All our suppliers are centrally evaluated in the tool based on sustainability. The initial setup of osapiens was very good.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

The evidence uploaded by our suppliers within the framework of the SAQs is currently not automatically checked for content by the system (e.g., using AI). As a result, suppliers may upload internal work instructions or other unsuitable documents as certificates or formal evidence. The system does not recognize these incorrect assignments and mistakenly rates the supplier better just because a document was uploaded. Furthermore, a questionnaire that has already been submitted should be able to be reopened if there are follow-up questions or it becomes apparent that inappropriate or incorrect documents have been provided as evidence. The supplier should not receive a completely new questionnaire but should have the opportunity to adjust the original form. A "re-open" function coupled with the ability to send a message to the supplier explaining the reason for the questionnaire's reprocessing would be essential.

Osapiens helps us to comply with the LkSG and adhere to laws. It provides a good overview of our supply chain and takes work off our hands by centrally evaluating all suppliers.

1) Geolocation/satellite function. We would have liked to use the documentation collection function as well, but it was not detailed enough at the same.

The system is really useful, but again I would have liked a detailed documentation collection module as well where you can track the different tiers from suppliers in the supply chain.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The geolocation function is now integrated in our own JYSK Task System, which makes it very efficient when we are approving EUDR reports on a daily basis. If we did not use Osapiens then we would have to verify the geolocations on open sources such as Global Forest Watch, Whisp and Google Engine.

Sustainability reporting — primarily CCF (Corporate Carbon Footprint) data gathering, alongside CSRD reporting.

The main area is flexibility around data management — specifically the ability to delete, edit, and restore entries without friction. When iterating on a CCF model (correcting source data, reclassifying activities, updating emission factors), the current constraints make clean corrections harder than they should be. A more flexible undo/restore function and clearer version history would significantly improve the workflow.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

osapiens centralises emissions data collection for our CCF, removing the need to manually gather and reconcile activity data from disparate sources across multiple locations. For a multi-country operation covering Scope 1, 2 and 3, managing this in spreadsheets would create significant version control and formula risk. osapiens structures the calculation workflow and creates an audit trail that external reviewers can follow.

We use osapiens to manage Track and Trace requirements for the EU market. I find their portal and online system extremely useful for placing orders for track and trace labels, assigning them, and managing the operations, and it works extremely well. The initial setup process was very smooth and easy to understand, with staff being very helpful to ensure it was as seamless as possible. Overall, it's a very well-built system, and the company behind it is also very easy to work with.

I appreciate that osapiens is a single platform that allows me to comply with regulations. The fact that suppliers have their own access is also a positive point, it shows the professional side of the platform. I also like the part about downloading geolocation points. Furthermore, having someone from osapiens who follows the project and responds quickly to all our questions is a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

too many things to do by oneself. For example, you basically have to read the guides and then adapt the platform to our needs by yourself. We are not all IT pros, which creates organizational issues in companies and a lot of delays! We had to call in an external firm for the configuration part, and during exchanges with the salespeople, we did not understand that it was FULL autonomy for the workflows and configuration in general.

I use osapiens for supplier and product evaluation, and the creation of DDS with a link to Traces. It is a unique platform that centralizes everything for our regulatory compliance. Suppliers have their own access, which is convenient.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

I appreciate the support from osapiens and the many support services available. The software is in transition, which means it is constantly improving. There are many ideas on the timeline, and so far I have met very cooperative, interested, and motivated people. osapiens helps me save resources, despite the licensing costs, and it can potentially absorb internal operational support. I find it valuable that it unites many topics on one platform, which are often considered in isolation. This allows us to work efficiently with a small, globally dispersed team. The onboarding process was very pleasant, especially thanks to our onboarding manager Alyandra Chavez, who is doing a fantastic job. Despite internal challenges, I feel very satisfied as the Global Sustainability Head with the project and the interaction with the project team.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

I believe many of the software solutions are not yet mature. There are many solutions that fundamentally work well, but there are always small details and opportunities for improvement suggestions. Connections between different modules are missing, so that data does not have to be transmitted twice. For example, the CCF module should provide data to the reporting tool, or in the EODR data query, the supplier database should be stored so that a supplier does not have to enter data multiple times.

Osapiens solves compliance issues, organizes global inquiries, collects data, manages users for necessary results, and provides third-party data for regulations and customer inquiries.

I also like how osapiens supports us beyond the software; their academy with regular events and webinars is great for staying on track with regulatory topics, which can be quite overwhelming. The transition into the reporting suite was helpful for future requirements like ESRS and VSMe. Additionally, we got adequate support during the initial setup, even though understanding the portal and functionalities was challenging at first.

What I like most about osapiens is the impressive completeness of the solution and the fact that osapiens is always one step ahead of regulatory requirements. It is very valuable to have a single platform that covers so many different compliance requirements – from CSRD to EUDR to CBAM and EU taxonomy – in an integrated solution. osapiens anticipates new regulations early and proactively develops the platform further, so that companies are well prepared before the legal deadlines come into effect.

What I would also wish for is a faster response time from support. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to receive an answer, and occasionally information gets lost between the different communication channels. A more centralized and responsive communication would further improve the experience.

The central problem that osapiens solves is the enormous complexity of regulatory compliance. Companies today face a multitude of legal requirements that are extremely labor-intensive and prone to errors to manage without the right solution. osapiens provides a HUB with a huge series of solutions depending on our interests.The onboarding was smooth and quick, product managers are super helpful and HUB itself works perfectly fine.

There were not really downside of osapiens itself.Just learning how to use the osapiens HUB seems a bit terrifying for a moment but with the help and guidance of product managers it was so easy and smooth to learn.

I find osapiens very user-friendly, especially compared to Excel lists. The efficient data collection is a big plus. Features like the supplier portal are a huge advantage, as well as the ability to assign individual rights through roles in the system. For example, in the CCF Hub, an effective and straightforward assignment of tasks to different data collectors is possible.

For example, there are product updates that are not documented in the manual at the same time. This makes it difficult to find the correct procedure and to be sure that one is working according to the current standards.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

I like that osapiens allows everything to be concentrated on a single platform. It's good to be able to compare results in carbon footprint calculations, such as from different years, scopes, and activities, in a simple way.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

There are times when bugs are created that take a long time to fix. Additionally, it is not updated with more specific emission factors for my region. It was complicated to get used to using it. Some options are not translated or are not intuitive.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use osapiens for the calculation of the carbon footprint and EUDR. It helps me to have everything concentrated on one platform and to compare carbon footprint results easily.

Mature software – despite very volatile legal regulations. There are regular updates, good documentation, and reliable support. 
Tidy UI, and easy SAP integration.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

The loading times of the supplier lists may be longer if necessary. There are already some customizing features, but I would wish for more.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution comprehensively covers regulations such as the LkSG and the EUDR. Through automation, capacities are noticeably relieved and internal efforts are reduced.

Easy-to-understand user interface and free supplier portal. Data integration works well.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

Many features are still underdeveloped and faulty or simply not yet available, yet the software is sold as if it already has a solution for everything. Support is sometimes not very solution-oriented, but rather interested in closing tickets quickly.

Risk analyses EUDR. Possibility to collect information from suppliers relatively simply and to track it.

I like osapiens because of the guidance, training, and implementation process it offers. The time they dedicate to the training process really stands out to me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I think they could speed the process a little bit more.

Osapiens helps with track and trace implementation and provides guidance, training, and a straightforward implementation process.
