As we are only in the beginning of the process I can share my experience from approximately 3 month working only. Osapiens helps you to get started and provides a userfriendly and intuitive platform. Especially the well accomanied start by professionals located in my home country makes the start easy. The platform with the modul that we have purchased helps us to disclose our supply chain in an easy and transparent way. After our short experience I have only discovered a few features that I personally would prefer to adjust for now. Not excluding that after further usage from my side it may become less relevant. First is to be able to create "tags" directly within the platform and not to up-load it. Secondly the current way of downloading the data and problems on my side to convert into the right format/the need at all to download the data in order to efficiently work with the data - why can this not be done within the software. The Solution is basically plug and play, you can easily mass upload your supplier profiles as you like, also with variuos european/german standards (Handeslregisternummer, tax numbers, etc.).

Later on you can do mass changes of already uploaded suppliers easily by using your excel sheet again.

Quenstionnaires are set up well and you can always send only relevant parts of questionnaires.

Fast and very intuitive User Interface, without any flaws.

Highly automated and complex workflows can be realised without any coding skills.

The whole solution is build in a VERY logical way.
