How flexible the platform is - the offering of being able to not only get content approved but have an entire project in one place that's much easier to use and more visual than Google Drive, is fab. All my clients have been really impressed so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the Google Drive integration could be a little better. I do work from Google Docs primarily and then upload files to Oroson because currently when you use the integration, it doesn't update if there's a change on the doc. It relies on me remembering to relink on Oroson with every change. Not enough of a reason to be disappointed though as I can just add a link to the live doc in the comments! The intuitive nature of the tool, even without having a formal run through of the platform, colleagues were able to start using the tool straight away. Keeping all feedback in one place with the ability to reply to comments makes reviewing work internally so much easier, no need to worry about latest file versions etc. The fact the tool can also work with a wide number of medium types means we could use this across a number of projects, from digital ads to print brochures to videos. Hard to find negatives with the platform, perhaps that we still need to manually sync this with our internal servers and filing structures, but I know there are future plans to integrate with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to share content and add board members. Usually, we would use email or transfer to share content. Now we throw it on the Oroson board. Any content goes on there, and anyone I need to discuss it with, I can invite them. It's the first tool I use in the morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All sorts of content types are supported which was great for my team as we had a variety of content that we needed to work with and with Oroson they don't need to download the content to review!

There were a couple of issues with not being able to resolve comments, so that they no longer appeared but the team at Oroson were constantly taking our feedback and making changes to improve the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How simple it is. No instructions were required to be given to my client to explain how to use it, nor did they have any questions once I'd shared the document with them via Oroson for them to review. Some platforms overwhelm with unnecessary features but for my needs this is just right. The fact that I can keep every time of content in one place. Most software of this type support one or a few content types, Oroson supports everything.
