Easy drag and drop tool. Once we asked about customisation, and clarified the flexibility of the tool to write data to our CRM system, it really opened up avenues we had not been able to consider before - or we weren't able to previously find a solution too. OCP is a great tool and I would advocate it.

The ability to integrate competitors, colleagues, and contacts from other accounts, is a great addition that accommodates the reality of relationships. It's integration to SFDC is unmatched. If you have contacts associated with an account or an opportunity, it will import directly into the OrgChartPlus.
