I really like the idea behind Oracle as an ERP but i have to say that its interface is hard to navigate and change windows of tasks and responsibilities, you need always to login and logout to do different tasks while it is possible in other software to access many responsibilities at once. I enjoy the user friendliness of Oracle. It allows a user with minimal prior knowledge jump in and start learning how to best use the system for an organization's needs. I do not enjoy some of the functions or features that are lacking from Oracle. There is no built-in email client, which can be very frustrating for someone using an Oracle-based program to generate invoices, for instance. To email this invoice, you must download it, sift through the downloads, save the invoice and then email it. All of the applications in our usage, when there is an error in your payslip, you must navigate towards your “automated” time card which you may have not even known about.
