However, once set up, oftentimes the OptiSigns app will turn off and go back to the main menu on our Roku/Firestick TVs in-store. I've taken a look at the settings and it could be user error, but I've not found a "screen timeout" option on OptiSigns or our TV settings. OptiSigns is very simple to setup and use. Decided to try out the engage feature to create a kiosk for my workplace and encountered a couple things I couldn't figure out. OptiSigns has truly transformed the way we manage our digital signage! One of the many features is its incredible ease of use, which I find very helpful when training staff on the platform. For our small format signage solutions we often need to keep our players to small size and not compromise on technical specifications. I like the ease of use. I use Optisgins on a monthly basis. Once I figured out the website and how it works (Which only took a few times after use) I was able to navigate it with ease.
