OptiSigns has remote management tools and a built-in, online quite of tools that make configuring the settings and smart displays on the associated app easy. The overall navigation of the site is faily intuitive, and being able to layer different options together, manage their timing, and set different triggers helps make it easy to create a professional display. Deployment is easy as it is just an HDMI and USB connection plus wifi to have control of any screen. Multiple screens can be controlled as a group or individually. The hardware seems to be the limiting factor based on my experience with optisigns. The dongle is pricey for how simple it is, and even more so when considering the subscription cost required to interface with it via the aforementioned app. Most critically, anytime the dongle is dormant or unplugged, it seems to frequently brick and require a hard reset that requires a walkthrough from the company or IT. The operating system just defaults to an Android error screen and no amount of rebooting will help. We have two in our facility, and both have gone down multiple times.
