Yodeck is a great system to manage multiple screens in multiple locations from a central point. It allows us to show different information to different audiences and, once you get the hang of how to set up your screens and sort out your playlists, it is easy to use.

We were particularly impressed by the extensive selection of add-on apps available, which added significant versatility to the platform. Currently, the default duration is set to 5 seconds, which is too short for our business needs. Unfortunately, there is no way to increase this on a global level, requiring us to manually adjust the timing for each piece of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were currently using Google Chrome Sign Builder as our signage option for tvs throughout the building, but since Sign Builder is going to no longer be supported, it forced us to explore other options. We are glad it did. We are still able to incorporate a published Google Slide show, managed by students, but also other things such as video, websites, and other apps. We wish the plans were more affordable for school districts. Most companies will give district’s a discount based on size or student population, or some educational rate. With our district cutting costs, it seems unlikely that we can purchase the number of units that we would need, because it forces us to purchase an annual subscription, which is way out of our current budget. The simplicity and price point make it among the most attractive tools we have considered. We now follow up with team meetings to distribute critical information at a regular cadence. We use it internally for safety, HR notices, job openings and much more. I have not even needed to use customer support because of its relative simplicity and ease of use. If someone is looking for something with lots of extra tools, this is likely going to come up short of some other things. I find this has plenty to upload a simple Canva slide and get great, cohesive messaging distributed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating layouts, playlists and adding apps is all easy and straightforward. It wasn't an expensive investment to get the players as well as setup an annual subscription. I wish the players were a bit more powerful as they can take a bit to load content if there is a lot of data and/or media. I also would love to see a native Microsoft Office Online native intergration for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been sitting here for a couple minutes trying to think up some things I would like to see change. It is clear that this software has been refined over the years from companies large and small to make it perfect for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main standout is how easy it is to manage multiple screens in multiple locations eliminating the need for me to physically go and change out USB flash drives or use other old school methods. Especially when one of my locations is an hour away. I also think the layouts feature great, especially with the option to display widgets like a clock, weather forecast, and others, all while my main content continuously loops. So far so good. I did have a couple minor issues with certain app integrations like Google Slides acting funny for some reason. I also had the player's location think I was somewhere completely different but I was able to fix and override that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yodeck is one of the best digital signage platforms i've used. I've tried some of the other top brands and none of them come close to Yodeck. The software is very easy to use and it's highly customizable. The amount of options you have to customize your dashboard is outstanding. The amount of options and customizations can be overwhelming for some. Not all sites are supported. Not all devices are supported, which was very frustrating to me, but it seems to work best on the latest Raspbery Pi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yodeck is super simple to setup, while also having a complex layout design system to have some uniquness to your setup. I am able to show news, deals, weather, and ads from local businesses while also being able to promote my own digital marketing agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
