**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

We deployed the OptiSigns Android Digital Signage Player at Camp Takajo to power a large digital display in our dining hall, and it has quickly become one of the most valuable communication tools on campus.
The player has been rock solid. Once configured, it has been reliable, boots quickly, and has handled continuous daily operation without any issues. We use it to display rotating image galleries, the daily menu, camp announcements, schedules for our three camper age groups, weather forecasts, live sports scores, and even the FIFA World Cup bracket. Updating content remotely through the OptiSigns web portal is straightforward, allowing our staff to make changes in seconds without ever touching the display.
One feature we especially appreciate is the flexibility. We can mix static content, web pages, dashboards, images, and dynamic widgets into a single playlist that keeps campers and staff informed throughout the day. The scheduling features also make it easy to display different content at different times.
For organizations like schools, camps, community centers, or businesses that need an affordable, reliable digital signage solution, the OptiSigns Android Digital Signage Player is an excellent choice. It provides outstanding value for the price and has exceeded our expectations in both reliability and ease of management.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The processor seems a bit slow at times and after pushing updated content to the screen, sometimes assets that are not in the playlist are displayed, which is strange. Also, some images are cropped too severely on the small-side edges when using the "Zoom" setting.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing OptiSigns, communicating timely information to hundreds of campers and staff in one central location required printed signs that quickly became outdated or verbal announcements that were easy to miss. Keeping everyone informed about schedule changes, meal information, activities, and weather was time consuming and inefficient.
OptiSigns has given us a single, always-current source of information in our dining hall. We can instantly update the daily menu, announcements, activity schedules for our three camper age groups, weather forecasts, sports scores, and special events from anywhere through the web portal. This has reduced the need for printed materials, minimized confusion, and ensured everyone sees the same up-to-date information throughout the day. It has also made our dining hall feel more engaging by displaying photos, videos, and live information that campers and staff actually enjoy watching while they eat.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

You can manage all your screens remotely in one place for a fair price. Optisigns is straightforward to use, with an easily navigable interface that keeps screens, playlists, and schedules right at your fingertips. The onboarding and tech support options are solid, which makes it very easy to train staff on how to use it. If there are any performance issues or a screen goes down, it flags it quickly. It also integrates with Canva, and you can use AI as well.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I’d really like to see an undo button for those moments when I accidentally mess up the screen rotation. The “apply to all screens” button can feel a bit scary, because if you make a mistake it affects everything at once. Better integration between Canva and OptiSigns would also be very helpful, since many teams use Canva to create their screens.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optisigns makes it really easy to program our screens. I can manage everything remotely, and we’re currently in the process of converting all of our screens on campus to the Optisigns provider, since USBs feel dated and can be frustrating to keep updated.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

After researching many different options for our digital displays, I stumbled across OptiSigns. Setting up an account was easy, the interface is very user friendly, the customer service has been extremely helpful with very quick response times. The templates that are offered are very easy to edit, and once your images/digital files are ready to go, the interface allows your new images to go live instantly, its so fast! The AI capabilities allow for anyone to create/edit digital files even if they have no prior digital creation experience. The interface integration with our display screens was very easy to setup. The pricing was very reasonable and much better than other options that offered similiar services. Would highly reccomend this company to others!

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The only thing that I have found that I did not like was during my trial period, I wanted to add a third screen and was not allowed. Though the trial stated you could have up to three screens. It was in the fine print that it was only three screens if they were certain ones. My third screen did not qualify.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently updated our loyalty program as well as our fountain machines. We wanted a way to let customers know of these changes so we added screens above our new fountain machines. I was able to create a slideshow that showcases all of our new changes and also upcoming changes.

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy it is to create, schedule, and manage content across multiple screens. The platform is intuitive, making it simple to update displays without a steep learning curve. I also appreciate the flexibility to upload custom graphics, organize playlists, and schedule content in advance, which helps keep information current and relevant without requiring constant manual updates.

The biggest downside for me is that content creation is still largely done outside of OptiSigns. The platform is great for scheduling and managing displays, but I would like to see more built-in design tools and template options to make quick edits and updates easier.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

There are lots of options for displays and presentations, and they are all user friendly. We especially like being able to show our social media pages along with our newest Google reviews. The display performance also stays consistently up to date—it doesn’t lag or need to play catch-up the way some other options we’ve tried have. The pricing is very reasonable as well. We haven't needed to reach out to support so far other than the demo we had, and the team was very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

We have not had any downsides to using the service so far.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't need to create content to show in our lobby for clients or potential clients to view, it is already created and can be customized as needed (if needed). This saves a ton of time while still being entertaining and useful for anyone wanting to know more about our business.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It’s easy to share files (folders) and playlist access across users, which makes managing the screens a shared responsibility and really encourages collaboration. I also like how simple it is to upload images and drop them straight into a playlist. The website runs quickly, so making updates is smooth and hassle-free. And being able to use the app on a smart TV is a huge win!

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The feature for creating your own asset can feel a bit clunky at times. For instance, when I increase the size of a text box, it seems to treat the text like an image, so the text can end up stretched. I also find it difficult to format text so it sits neatly across multiple lines.

I’d also like a “duplicate” asset option while editing a slide. Right now, I can only duplicate pages from the file manager screen, but it would be really helpful to be able to do this directly while I’m on the slide.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us share information with as many people on site as possible. Previously, we had feedback from staff that they felt out of the loop. By using OptiSign, I’ve been able to take company-wide emails and other communications and display them on screens throughout the site, so everyone stays informed, making it easily integrated into our current processes.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It has made what was a very time consuming and cumbersome process a lot easier for both our venue staff and events planning team. We were able to swap from a USB display system to the OptiSigns system, which allows us to remotely control all of our venue screens. 

Using the OptiSigns software has been easy and intuitive for our team, and we loved the added benefit of being able to display weather and time widgets.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Some of the pricing structures are a bit annoying, it would be good if we didn't have to upgrade to be able to have access to simple features like incorporating a table in our designs. Additionally, it would be good if the default setting for asset play time could be adjusted.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with getting our display TVs to stay on all day, and getting them to cooperate with the powerpoints/videos we were trying to display. But now, with Optisigns, it is easy to control all display TVs from one central hub, and the screens all work flawlessly with the Optisigns dongles.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It has been affordable and yet flexible enough to meet our needs. We're a visitors center with interpretive exhibits, we are transitioning to OptiSigns because it's got an interface we can figure out, and multiple users within our facility are able to have accounts to control, update, and change what we are showing throughout the facility.

As of now we are able to stream from our YouTube channel, able to show videos on our video wall, and share content from facility partners. It has been reliable and with help we are figuring out the features to most effectively use it to make the staff and visitor experience better.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Some of the processes are not super intuitive, but the support is there to work you through it. Terminology seems a bit confusing, but that also could be because we are not familiar with terms of art in the digital signage industry. 

The scheduling feature in concept looks great, but we still haven't managed to get it to work. Fortunately it's not a game changer, but we would love to get it working.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to easily change what is showing in our exhibits to make things relevant to current events in our community. 

Unlike the not so bright system that has been in place for many years, we can log into the interface and add assets, we can monitor what they are showing remotely, and are hoping to be able to set up scheduled playlists and scheduled slides. We have faith we will get there, and we can offer a better experience for the visitors and less frustration for the staff who curate content for the screens in our exhibits. as of now we are considering updating all of our screen content from the previous small blue boxes to OptiSigns simply for being able to monitor and update from a desk rather than having to go to an exhibit and dismantle things to be able to start a diagnostic and repair, or an update.

I like how easy OptiSigns is to use and manage remotely. Setting up screens, scheduling content, and updating displays is straightforward, even across multiple locations. The Canva integration and playlist scheduling make it simple to keep content fresh and organized. It’s been reliable, flexible, and a great value compared to more complicated signage platforms.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The biggest frustration for me has honestly been the hardware side. OptiSigns has one dedicated hardware option, but it's only offered in white, which does not always fit the aesthetic of a space. Because of that, I ended up using third party display hardware from overseas manufacturers, and those setups can be a bit finicky and inconsistent. To be fair, that is not really OptiSigns’ fault, but there are only so many ways to run digital signage software without connecting a screen to some type of external player or computer.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiSigns helps us keep communication throughout the club organized, dynamic, and easy to update in real time. Instead of printing flyers or manually changing signage, we can instantly rotate schedules, events, promotions, announcements, and social content across multiple screens. It creates a much more polished and professional atmosphere while also helping members stay informed about what is happening throughout the day. The ability to manage everything remotely and schedule content in advance saves a significant amount of time operationally.

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy and reliable the platform is. As a design studio, I was looking for a system I could confidently implement for my client, Elevate SKN, and OptiSigns delivered. It’s very user-friendly, making it simple to manage and update screens remotely without any hassle. The interface is intuitive, and everything runs smoothly, which saves a lot of time. For example, my client asked me today to remove their grand opening promo from the screen, and I was able to make the change in minutes—no delays, no complications.

he dashboard can feel outdated and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Navigation between assets, playlists, and screens isn’t always smooth, and some workflows require more clicks than necessary. A more modern, streamlined UI would significantly improve usability.

OptiSigns offers solid integration capabilities with tools like Google Drive, Excel, Canva, and social media platforms. In our use case, pricing data is updated daily through Excel, and those updates are automatically reflected on our screens in near real-time. This makes it easy to manage dynamic content and ensures that displayed information stays accurate without manual intervention.

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy it is to use while still offering a lot of flexibility. The platform makes it simple to upload content, schedule displays, and manage multiple screens without needing a lot of technical experience. The most helpful thing is how fast their team is to respond and solve any issues, which makes a big difference when you need things running smoothly. Overall, the biggest upsides are its user-friendly interface, efficiency, and reliable support.

One thing I dislike about OptiSigns is that I’ve had it break or glitch at times, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to keep content running smoothly. There have been moments where things didn’t load properly or displays stopped working unexpectedly, and while support is quick to fix it, it can still interrupt the flow when it happens.

OptiSigns is solving issues with managing and controlling digital displays, especially when something goes wrong. For me, it benefited me by fixing a TV that was frozen—they allowed me to download a virtual remote, which made it really easy to regain control and get everything working again. It saved me time and made the whole process a lot simpler.

The main downside is that the interface can feel a bit clunky and outdated. Navigating folders and locating uploaded content isn’t always intuitive, and tasks like organizing files or uploading to the correct location can take more time than expected. The playlist feature also has a learning curve and isn’t as straightforward as it could be. While the platform is powerful and gets the job done, a more modern, streamlined UI/UX would make it much easier to use day-to-day.

As the only staff member in Marketing and Communications, it can be challenging to consistently reach all of our audiences in a timely and engaging way. We serve students, parents, donors, volunteers, and visitors in our physical space, and each group needs quick, clear information about who we are and what we do. OptiSigns helps centralize that communication by allowing us to share real-time updates (because of the awesome integration with Google Calendars), deadlines, QR codes, event announcements, and internal highlights like staff introductions, birthdays, and new hires. It also gives us an easy way to showcase student experiences through photos from college visits, summer programs, and field trips. Overall, it helps us create a welcoming, informative environment for anyone who walks through our doors. I do not really use their AI tools but I am happy to keep learning.

OptiSigns is effectively solving our biggest pain point: the bottleneck of relying on IT to manage and update digital signage content.

End users in each department can now manage and update their own displays directly, giving teams full ownership and much faster turnaround times.

I find OptiSigns very easy to use, and I love that there are a lot of great templates available. These templates make it simple to just drop in information depending on what kind of announcement we need, like holiday closures or upcoming events. It's nice that some templates come with motion to make them eye-catching without extra effort. The ability to upload our own assets is fantastic as well, allowing us to add pre-made flyers to the playlist and quickly update the screen. Additionally, setting up OptiSigns was easy with the dongle that simply plugs into the TV, making it straightforward to add locations to our online profile.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Recently, I had to try to use a hotspot Wi-Fi to upload a new playlist because the in-house Wi-Fi was malfunctioning. It takes longer without properly conveying what you are trying to do is downloading, so you're unsure that it's not working or it's not going through. I do wish that there was some way to let you know that the file is uploading so that you don't just think it's not working.

OptiSigns is extremely helpful for managing digital signage across a large network of screens in a centralized format. As the largest food service provider on the University of Waterloo campus, we use it to program and manage screens across our 24+ locations.

The scheduling tools are especially useful because they let us plan content in advance and automate updates and set up seasonal menu rotations without needing on-site changes at each location. That capability makes it much easier to keep messaging timely and consistent across campus.

The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward and reduces the time required to build or update layouts, which is particularly helpful for frequently evolving messaging and promotional content. Being able to reuse templates also helps us maintain brand consistency across different locations.

All in all, remote management is a major advantage from a efficiency standpoint. We can update and monitor screens across campus from a single place, which improves our responsiveness when content needs to change quickly.

Performance has been reliable, with content updates syncing quickly across devices. Integrations with common media types and feeds add flexibility without forcing us to use additional tools. Overall, OptiSigns significantly streamlines our workflow, improves consistency, and reduces the operational effort needed to manage a large, distributed screen network.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

A key limitation is that the platform can feel a bit complex when managing a very large number of screens and locations. While the core functions are straightforward, navigating between playlists, schedules, and screen groups can become time-consuming without very structured internal organization.

There is also a noticeable learning curve for new users. One gap is the lack of a clear visual “screen map” or layout view that shows how all screens are organized across locations. For a large network like ours, this makes onboarding and training staff more challenging, since they need more time to understand where screens are and how they are grouped. Adding a visual map or hierarchy view would significantly improve usability and reduce training time.

The scheduling and content override logic can also be confusing in edge cases, particularly when multiple campaigns or time-based rules overlap. This occasionally requires extra verification to ensure the correct content is displaying on the intended screens.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiSigns is primarily solving the challenge of managing and coordinating digital signage across a large, distributed network of locations. Before using it, we struggled with manually updating content across multiple screens, which was time-consuming, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Each location often required individual updates, increasing the risk of outdated or mismatched messaging.

After implementation, we are able to centrally manage and schedule content across 24+ locations on the University of Waterloo campus. This has significantly improved consistency and control over what is displayed across all sites. Campaigns and announcements can now be deployed simultaneously, which has reduced the time required for updates from hours of manual coordination to a single centralized update process.

This has also improved responsiveness. Time-sensitive messaging, such as menu changes or promotions, can be pushed out quickly across all screens without needing on-site intervention. As a result, staff workload has decreased, and operational efficiency has improved, particularly for routine content updates and seasonal campaign changes.

Overall, the main benefit is scalability: we can now reliably manage a large network of screens from one system, with improved consistency, faster turnaround times, and reduced manual effort.

What I found helpful when starting was the templates available. Being able to use the templates as a starting point was great to get hands on experience with the system while being able to publish information out right away while also learning how to use it. The setup was a breeze and took within a few minutes to setup.

One thing I would like to see if having the functionality of being able to assign users to specific folders/display where they are not able to access the other folders that is not needed for them to be able to see.

So far, the only issue I've encountered is if I use the playlist options, the Roku TV will automatically time out the app after 1 hour. The only workaround is using a video file. Something about playing a video file on repeat seems to bypass this issue and my screen can run all day with no issues.

So far the only interaction I've had with support was getting our tax exempt status on file. There was no way to do this at registration, but the support team quickly helped me get this verified and updated.

I like how organized you can be on Optisigns. I have hundreds of TVs, and I can easily get to each one I need and edit them as I need. I like that you can upload or design on the software. I like the add-ons, like weather, time, and news. Once you get started and have everything set up, it is easy to maintain and edit. The price is great. We integrate this without our IT department and their guidelines. I like that you make an edit, and it takes no time to show up on the screen.

The visual view of editing on OptiSigns isn't great. The design aspects are not great. I feel like designs have to be simple, and it is easier to upload my design. The connection between Optisigns and IT breaks more than I would like.

I really enjoy how simple it is to create playlists for different visuals on the shop floor. Whether it’s basic slides or integrated web logins, it works perfectly for sharing information with the team.

Some web-based platforms, such as Power BI, require a bit of fine-tuning when it comes to applying filters to the source material. That may be more of a Power BI issue, but once everything is dialed in, the platform works great.

Very easy to use. Intuitive interface and all the features you need. Also they are competitively priced and came in at half what we were paying with another service that did that the same thing.

One thing I wish is that the alerting ability when a screen goes offline was available to the base account and you didn't have to pay more to get it, but I get that that's how things work with added features.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to create and incorporate different modules into our digital signage schedule. Scheduling is another big plus for OptiSigns as well. Creating and rolling out different schedules across multiple screens feels straightforward, efficient, and easy to manage. We were able to integrate OptiSigns with our Resi livestream to broadcast our feed across all of our screens and then hop back to a slideshow, all without ever having to mess with video inputs. 

The web interface is also quick and responsive. I am able to make a change and then instantly check to see if my change is making it to my screens. 


Overall, I appreciate what OptiSigns offers and it integrates smoothly into my existing workflow. Great product!

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I think the pricing could be improved. The per-screen pricing can feel pretty restricting, especially for a smaller operation. That said, offering a free plan (even with watermarks) is a stand-up gesture.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem OptiSigns solves for me is letting me switch from a rotating slideshow to a live camera feed from our worship center, without needing a volunteer to manage the change. Setting it up was simple, and scheduling it with the built-in scheduler was straightforward.

This alone is worth the cost for us. Allowing different schedules for different screens is also a big plus.

OptiSigns solved a big problem for me!  I am a vendor at my local America's Antique Mall and I wanted to add digital advertising to my booth. I installed a 24" Amazon fire TV which allows me to create my content at home for the sign at my vendor space. Now, shoppers can see my instagram feed and ads and announcements for my participation in local art shows and for my other photography services.  Since I am not at the store as much, this is a game changer and my sales at my booth have also increased.  The pricing is inexpensive, I have had great support and it performs flawlessly.

Nothing!  I have no complaints on the tool.

I like everything about OptiSigns. The product is well designed, the price point is perfect and the user interface is easy for our end users. We purchased three devices and are using them in City Hall, our Aquatic Center and Senior Center. End users love the performance and ease of use and our customers like the visual presented. The onboarding process is easy and I felt like there was always someone ready to answer questions.

I have zero complaints. I really liked the whole process from purchase to setup to integrating this with our current process for disseminating information.

the technology to present the same screen across 4 large devices and optimize it is pretty cool, and i like the ability remotely manage settings. however i dont think we take advantage of everything you guys have to offer, so personally i havent seen much then that.

not having an expert of the systems physically present to set it all up.  I think its a very niche system and a lot of customers buy and try to set these things up with their own environment.  The restrictions, protocols, and nuances of these systems are not easily apparent. makes it very difficult to work with.

no problems it is solving for us at this point in time. we use optisigns to advertise information to our internal employees

I like the simplicity of OptiSigns, but that it is also very detailed. It is so easy to setup and implement and now I couldn't imagine not having it at my business. Honestly, I haven’t found any real downside, except that the free version doesn’t compare to the paid version. I tried both, and the difference is pretty clear.

subscription cost, and it would be nice to have a flat fee for 10 devices, 15 devices, 20 devices.

Was previously using software from another vendor.  This product required us to take a long time sending files to each of our vertical kiosks, and required a special "play" file to be created manually and then imported into each kiosk one at a time.   With OptiSigns, we simply create the presentation, and then choose the devices that will play the presentation.   I love the fact that you presentations can be changed for vertical or horizontal modes easily.   we can customize presentations depending on the device that is installed at our branches.  Have not had to utilize customer support because the interface was extremely intuitive.   We use this product anytime that we have rate or marketing material changes, and it was super easy to get up and running.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, especially when trying to understand the differences between assets and schedules/playlists. Once we got comfortable with it, though, everything came together and started to make sense. The app’s functionality also feels somewhat limited and could use enhancements to better match the web version. When it comes to scheduling, I wish I could customize things a little more, especially for graphics that don’t follow a specific pattern.

We had a need to display content in our properties across the country and OptiSign was the best solution we have found. It allows us to manage content centrally and push different playlists of content to different locations. The UX is easy enough that managing content can be picked up in minutes. One thing I'd note is that integration with other content provider could be better. We've had to do some work around but we were able to show live feed from transportation providers and webcams from ski hills with weather on the side. Over all, it's a great tool to show curated content across multiple location.

Easy enough to set up but requires a dedicated device that has to be plugged in. The cost of the device is high.

The interface is very nice to work on. Being able to create content and playlists inside the web browser is a nice feature. As well as the schedule features, and the interconnectivity with 3rd party apps and files. Works well for our purposes.

We are still new to the software, but the only thing that seems odd to use is the schedules and when you manually push out content overriding the schedule. I am still practicing on this so it may clear up for me as I learn more. But it wasn't very clear on if I stop the content, will the screens go back to the default schedule. And to have alternate schedules running for special events without changing the main default schedules. Just a few items that aren't very clear that we are needing to figure out.

The cloud part of the Optisign is easy to use, every month I upload our town hall meeting pdf files and deploy it to all sites.
Usually, I spent about 10 minutes to do all the tasks
When we have issue, support resolved it very quickly

The Android device provided is not very reliable
The problem is with its internal clock, it needs to connect to Time server all the time to get the updates. 
Howeve,r since the network is protected it can't connect to the internet on UDP port 123, It should be able to keep its own internal time correctly all the time.
When the time is out of sync, updates will NOT be downloaded to the device

We use the display to display Town Hall presentation for and also to announce when a VIP visits a site

Optisigns has allowed my company to display many different types of information. Very easy to use. Our plant is large so we have to purchase many dongles. They are easy to set up and deploy. Currently we have about a dozen or so dongles displaying 1 of 3 playlists. These play lists are very easy to setup. The information we provide on these screens is used quite often.  Adding a new device to our network is very easy. When I have needed customer support they answered very quickly and helped me solve my problems.

With what I do with the optisigns app and dongles there is almost nothing I would change. It is very simple and easy to use and add more screens

What I like most about OptiSigns is how it manages to combine ease of use with "pro" features that you usually only find in very expensive solutions.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The basic plan seems affordable, but each additional screen, the "pro" modules (AI, kiosk, metrics), and the dedicated player end up inflating the bill; for SMEs with multiple TVs, it becomes expensive.

Additionally, some smart TVs require adapters or the OptiSigns Player to work well. If you upload heavy 4K videos or manage many screens, lag may appear, and the offline cache is quite limited.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The price scales quickly according to the number of screens and add-ons: the cost per screen and for the extra modules (AI, Kiosk, metrics) can become high for SMEs.

I love the interface - so easy to use! I also enjoy the HOST of ways I can use your product! I can schedule screens to turn off and turn on at a certain time and even schedule certain media to play in various locations at a given time. MAC application is amazing as I was able to take an old Mac Mini I had laying around and deploy it as well rather than purchasing another signage stick. Well done!

Coming from AbleSign, I'm a little upset with the sticker shock of the product. I'm not sure I can commit longterm to the tool given my budget, but truly love the MANY ways you can use it.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

Being able to edit templates inside of the website and it automatically added into the display is great. I also like that I can have one device vertical and one device horizontal if I want. Also the different ways it can be displayed. I switched from another device to this one and I love it. I update it daily as new things come in. I have not used customer support yet but I know that the option is there. It is very user friendly with implementing new slides to each playlist.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I currently do not have any downsides that I have found. The one I am thinking of is maybe the tiktok app being integrated in a better way possibly.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to display real-time, centralized information on digital screens throughout the building. This ensures that students, faculty, and staff have immediate access to critical updates without needing to search for them. Students are more aware of schedule changes and expectations, faculty spend less time repeating information, and our program runs more smoothly with consistent, visible communication.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

how easy and fast it is to update the playlist and what is on the screen. I also enjoy how easy it is to figure out, I have a coworker who learned pretty fast and had a few question about how to use the system. I also enjoy that you can connect it to your phone so when I'm not at the shop, I can update the screens without hoping on a computer.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I can't seem to figure out how to make my playlist cleaner or figure out the scheduling so that I don't have to worry about changing it for specific days.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping inform our guest of any specials and upcoming events. Instead of having canva to create content, I can do it on Optisigns

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

OptiSigns is easy to use and reasonably priced for business use. The mobile app is very convenient, runs smoothly, and integrates well with our office TVs. Customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed support. The AI functions is convenient also.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

There's nothing negative that I have found about OptiSigns.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using an HDMI transmitter with a laptop for our tvs.  OptiSigns has freed up 3 extra laptops for the office and the TVs actually work now.  We had so many issues before.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It is easy to use and works well!   We rarely have any technical issues.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

There are some limitations sometimes that cause a bit of frustration.  They are simple but technical in nature and as someone is learning how to use it, it can cause confusion where scheduled items have to be edited or modified.  For instance, if you make a change to a repeated event, the change only applies moving forward from the date selected, not all scheduled occurances of the same event.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciated one thing that was recently enhanced with an update!  Users can now view an asset that was uploaded previously in an easier format within Optisign rather than it opening up again in a separate window or having to redownload it.
