This has been the most user-friendly way to create/edit content for screens and manage the rollout. We could utilize playlist features to create looping videos that were different on different screens. It was easy to utilize the design features (set up similarly to Canva or other design options). Pushing the content to screens and setting up new screens were all very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigating the engage/kiosk features at first was a bit clunky. Customer service was very responsive to help when I ran into a few issues or needed assistance with issues (like how to link engage screens to my kiosk home page). Ultimately, we could not get the kiosk to work on the rented touch screens for the event, but the AV supplier took ownership of that, so I would useOptisigns again.
It would have made the experience MUCH easier if I had been on site with these screens in advance to test. Overall, I would use it again, and the learning curve wasn't very time-consuming, especially if you were using it more for display than touch screen features. Be careful to research which TV you are using for your display. The Optisign HDMI hardware stick is about five inches long. The 85 inchToshiba TVs I'm using to display on, have their HDMI ports insert in a pocket that is right at 5 inches, so that it is difficult to get the stick inserted. Impossible if you have the stick connected to network hardwire. I overcame this by purchasing a short HDMI extender cable on Amazon. I taped the Optisign hardware stick to the back to the TV and connected it using the extender. I found that the Wifi option dropped frequently, but I don't know if it's my wifi or the Optisign hardware. I ended up running a network drop to the location which solved the problem. Our practice wanted to start using a display screen for advertising and showing our patient results. Optisigns was simple to navigate, and easy to set up! You can create your own slideshow and schedule automatically for it to start running. Once everything is set up, there's no need to log on everyday for it to automatically play. Was not aware that you needed to subscibe monthly or yearly to continue use. Seemed that it was free when we first created the account, then after about a week or so, the display stopped until we subscribed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a little more functionality with weather apps. We are using this in our 911 center for announcements and updates, and the current weather radar isnt the best. We use OptiSigns for relaying current and upcoming projects to the team. As i am not always in my office it is nice to easily update the sign with my mobile device. OptiSigns is quick & effective at getting my marketing assets displayed on the campus of my business. It's super easy to upload my graphics onto the platform, and then they're up on the TV ready for everyone to see. It's so satisfying to see my work on the TV for everyone to see! The only inconvinent aspect I have encountered so far has been how to zoom in/out while designing. Anytime I need to zoom, the magnifying glass seems to only change in specific percentage incriments, which isn't a huge problem, but when I need to move around the design while zoomed in, if I click on something, the item will move instead of the document. I found the OptiSigns system straightforward and truly intuitive. With multiple screens -- both in public and company-owned areas -- the option to create playlists and add customized content was ideal.
