Optisigns is definitely the easiest and most affordable solution I found. With more than 8 locations to reach and maintain consistent branding & messaging, this solution was practical to install and financially viable. Customer Support and onboarding was also a snap. Their team is responsive to questions and helpful with tips & tricks to make more out of your use of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there was a way to keep one screen as a test screen without having to pay for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OptiSigns is a straightforward means for me to post welcome content on our lobby TV screen. We use this daily to rotate through marketing content, and also to welcome individual vendors/visitors. Even when I am told at the last possible moment that we have a guest arriving, OptiSigns is simple enough that I can do so quickly. Guests have commented in appreciation of this. I have not yet encountered anything I've wanted to use OptiSigns for that I could not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Optisigns makes managing content a breeze. I can easily adjust all of our TVs via mobile or laptop with ease. The simple design of the web page and app can be used on the first day without any problems or confusion. So many ways to customize all my devices individually or have them sync same content. I also like the ability to be able to set TVs on a timer to go on/off at scheduled times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only "wish" is that I can edit/schedule on/off TV timers on app instead of having to go on web page to control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OptiSigns is an incredibly user-friendly and feature-rich digital signage solution that makes managing and displaying content on digital screens effortless. Whether you’re running a single screen or managing multiple displays across various locations, OptiSigns offers a reliable and intuitive platform for all your digital signage needs. OptiSigns is great for most businesses, but it does have a few downsides. First, it’s not super customizable if you're looking for really advanced design options. Also, sometimes there’s a slight delay when syncing content across multiple screens, which can be annoying. Another thing is that it needs a good internet connection to work properly, so if the internet goes out, your content might not show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work for a mid-sized church and we wanted a better solution than print signage around our building, especially considering our signage needs change so often. Then I found Optisigns and it has been the perfect solution! I love that it is cloud based and so easy to change what we want displayed on our TVs and it's very convenient to be able to do that from my phone if Im walking around the building and don't have my laptop on me.
Overall, Optisigns is the best solution we have found for our needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike is that I would have to pay more to be able access that ability to schedule certain display changes at certain times. I wish that was included at the lower subscription fee that I'm at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently set up some large televisions in my office to display team metrics. Upon install, I found they were not compatiable with the Optisigns app. Upon research, I found that Optisigns also has a web app which I could use on the TV internet, which I was aprehensive about. However, upon logging in, it was super quick, easy, and functional straight away. You wouldn't know that I was using a web app. There are a pleathora of options to choose from in terms of what you'd like to display, and all are simply to configure.
You can get granular with how you display your data and I have had no issues with configuration. The customer support has been quick and detailed too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only small issue I have had is there are limited options when displaying the news. Would be lovely to see more UK mainstream outlets.
More than one PowerBI page would be awesome too, but this can be quickly overcome by seperating the report into multiple documents.
We are also experiencing an issue where upon login we get an error that the "Free Trial has expried" and other team members cannot view any of our screens. We are talking to support but due to timezone differences this can be tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using OptiSigns for a while now, and I have to say, it's an excellent product for digital signage! The setup was quick and straightforward, even for someone with limited technical experience. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage and schedule content across our screens. I love the variety of content types you can display—whether it's images, videos, social media feeds, or even real-time updates like weather or news.
The fact that it's cloud-based means I can manage everything remotely, which is a huge time-saver. Plus, it works seamlessly with both Android and Windows devices, so it's a versatile solution for our business needs.
What I really appreciate is the customization options. I can easily adjust the look and feel of the displays to match our branding, and the templates are helpful for getting started. The support team is also top-notch—whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
For the price, it offers incredible value, and I feel confident that OptiSigns is helping us communicate more effectively with our customers and visitors. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main issue with OptiSigns is the additional costs. While the software itself is great, you do need to pay an extra monthly fee for each screen you want to manage, which can add up quickly if you have multiple displays. On top of that, if you want to run the signage on more than a couple of screens, you’ll likely need to purchase additional hardware (media players), which is another added expense. That being said, if you only have a few screens or are willing to invest in the extra hardware, OptiSigns is a powerful and cost-effective solution. Just be aware that the costs can rise quickly as you expand your setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's made communication easy, which means it actually gets used! Optisigns provides a simple easy to use program with so many creative, versatile options it makes employee communication fun, impactful, and effective. It's how easy we can create new, add, remove and change messaging that allows us to do it frequently, even daily, that keeps employees engaged with the messaging board. That's it's whole purpose. There were members of my team that were less tech savvy and they were intimidated by the systems "rabbit trails" as I called them. For example the playlist within the asset, to then add the asset to a playlist. However, training those who were intimidated on the how to do it, providing step instructions gave them the confidence to dig in. Once using the program their ability to be creative and have fun outweighed any technical skills they were concerned about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do find it's not as difficult as some other softwares I've used. Still takes a bit of playing with it to get it right. Somewhat intuitive in areas. Still believe it to need to be more user friendly. Could use a better preloaded library for simple users for things like more events and holiday backgrounds. Updating the playlist still isn't bad though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Little counterintuitive in the graphics/messages department. Some users struggle with this. I have a graphic design background and it took me a minuite the first few times publishing a message or creating custom content. Limited on the design resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to edit menu items if we run out of something or have a special. I can edit it on my laptop, and push it to the menu. It updates automatically. The setup was easy. It is used daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had to purchase an Amazon Firestick in order for it to work with my menu. I wish i could be an app on roku, which I already had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
