I really like the overall ease of use of OptiSigns, its crazy how using the program to upload slides and then push the slides to our live feed works seamlessley. I also like that the site does not close or refresh while you are working on something. I can navigate to other tabs and still come back and pick up where I left off. We use OptiSigns for internal communications, so we broadcast company information to offices in multiple countries. While OptiSigns is an excellent tool, occasional delays in syncing content across screens can be a minor inconvenience. Improved real-time updates would make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the nifty little HDMI dongles that we plug straight into our displays (and powered by our adjacent USB ports). It just works, and everything syncs up over the internet. We mainly use PDF slides and links to web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the software seems to offer scheduling options for the slides, neither I nor our activities coordinator could figure out how to use it. It either just didn't work or disabled all the slides at the same time. We ended up just giving up. Maybe when I have a free day I will try again, but right now we have to manually go in and disable a slide when we don't want it showing anymore, which can be a hassle over holiday weekends/days you're not working. Getting up and running with OptiSigns was straightforward. Implementing a few pieces of content and getting it going while continuing to work on more advanced assets in the background was very helpful. In some more complicated assets, I needed assistance. I would like to see some more customization is some of the asset types. For instance, the Instagram feed is nice, but I would like to better control which content is shown, such as posts with only pictures, and control the duration of each post being visible. Have you ever had a great company you found online, only to have an issue and you never can reach someone? That is NOT the case with Optisigns! I was able to quickly setup our new Optisigns for multiple screens. I had one issue linking to a cloud service of ours, but support was just an email away and they responded quickly and helped to get the issue resolved 100% And they have followed up since to make sure it was working as expected. I have experience some issues because we previously had mutlipe Roku Devices that are struggling with OptiSigns. OptiSigns has offered me a discount on equipment, but I was hoping to use the equipment already in use. Optisigns made it easy to create engaging playlists of content. We were able to showcase our sales data during the BFCM period which allowed our staff to get excited each time we reached and surpassed our milestones.

I love how easy it is to use OptiSigns for our front lobby. I am able to update my greeting template to welcome new franchisees and any guests coming into our office. It adds a personal touch and I have noticed everyone feels more welcome seeing their name up on the TV. Easy to setup, easy to create customers. Very nice ready to use templates, stable network. As a reseller, we are able to use our own domain name for our customers. Perfect white-label solution with excellent fast responding support. We do not like cheap chatbot solutions but we prefer human contact, so Optisigns was a perfect match! When you want to show movies or that kind of stuff, only the Pro Player fits your need.

Canva embeddability is amazing! The Canva side of the app needs some tweaking but the Optisigns side is simple and effective! Two week trial is useful to get an idea of what it can do and the on boarding meeting after purchase was a great bonus. The design board is a little clunky. If you are a Canva user, you might be a little let down when using their version of a designer. I wish you could customize a plan per screen rather than all screens on the same plan.
