Since we've implemented Ontraport we have saved literally 0.8 of a staff member's time in admin and tasks (our previous platforms were SugarCRM). That's, like, $40,000 worth of saved time!!!
I LOVE the fact that it is effectively an all-in-one solution that will be enough for pretty much any small to medium sized business. However, its potential is basically limitless if you need to do deep integrations with other systems too...so even the stuff where our business works 'out of the box' we are able to easily connect Ontraport to other platforms for highly specialised work.
What else.....
Their Customer Support are phenomenal. The best out there. They are online, like 18 hours per day (maybe a little less on weekends) and you can call, chat or email in....and actually get a real response, no matter how small the question. Their online Facebook community is like nothing I've ever seen too - responsive, supportive, funny...
Ontraport's dynamic CMS has allowed us to build all sorts of interesting web experiences for our clients, technology that you'd usually pay a lot more for but it's at everyone's fingertips. Love how this platform is constantly innovating and improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is interconnected for me. There is really no indepth planning for a small business. There are wizards and systems to get most of it working. ONtraport Univeristy Videos to learn about the new way of thinking about your business process and client communication.
I also must mention the tech support. I am sitting at a Dashboard stuck on where I need to do something and just reachout to support in a chat window and within minutes, I am off and running with a video of how to move pages to my domain in one fell swoop. It's really hard to wrap your head around the ecosystem and I have not had to bolt on any apps to meet a need.
Weirdly my biggest complaint so far is that I feel like I am missing something becuase its too easy. There should have been more hoops. I think its just change management for my brain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ontraport impresses me for two reasons.
First, OP is the first platform that has me believing that an all-in-one platform is a good choice. Over the past year I've looked at a number of CRMs, LMSs, and ESPs, and I didn't like any all-in-one options so I was prepared to stitch together different platforms to get the experience I'm after. But as I've explored OP during the trial period I can see its power for my future business - the business I'm building toward over the next year. I can totally see how putting these systems in place while the business is still smal will be very smart over the longer haul. I can see the way it will save me time. I can see the way I can more easily bring team-members on. It's very exciting.
Second, their customer service is TO DIE FOR. My first call didn't go super well and I shared that feedback -- in the post-support survey and also with the person who recommended OP to me. Next thing I knew the SWAT team had swooped in, and everybody was on deck to make sure I was taken care of. I get extra TLC from a VP, a long call with an account exec, and very attentive support in the chat. They understood my questions, kept me focused on the most crucial things I needed to know to launch my membership, and helped me see what was possible and how to do it with my very short deadline.
The people truly are extraordinary, and are 100% the reason I'm signing on as a new client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price -- with a caveat.
I've been exploring membership sites and that's my primary use for OP right now. Given that, I wish it had a better entry price point, since I'm not looking for an all-in-one CRM/ESP/payment platform/course platform etc.
That said, for its full power, I think OP is well-priced. And much to my surprise, the trial period has me thinking about how well OP will serve my future business. So I'm willing to pay more now with the hope that it's the right move longer-term. But it *is* more than I would pay if I were just choosing a membership platform. I most like the support that Ontraport gives you. As I was buidling my first Membership site, they really held my hand and took me through it, helping me with my mistakes or queries. i especially like the videos they make that explain everything step by step in my site, so I can copy and learn within my own site. I have found the onboarding support to be super helpful, as I'm not a super techy person. Being able to walk through the set up to get a high level overview to correctly set things up to build upon was really helpful and time saving. I really like having all of my systems in one place. Ontraport is a highly flexible CRM and sales platform and the ease of implementation by way of the support teams onboarding skills was a massive part of my decision to choose this. Sure it's possible to nickel and dime your way through all of the various facets with a selection of alternate products but this is pretty much a one stop shop for all marketing teams of most sizes. It's pricey for small businesses but when your time is at a premium, for me it's a no brainer.
Ontraport offer a support team which in my experience is absolutely second to none. The team are constantly working on feature enhancements and it's virtually unheard of to have senior management not only hanging out in a user group but actively responding to questions and queries. It's a really highly customisable platform but the down side is that it can be difficult to find the specific item you're looking for. This has been offset somewhat by the huge Ontraport University funciton which has videos and guides for most things and also the top notch live chat and support team. The immediate customer support available is of very high level. All of my questions and queries when i run into problems are solved in an efficient and professional manner. The flexibility when creating automations is also great. I would reccomend Ontraport to others as i found the customer service, features and ease of use great. I use the system every day and love it. Having customers only being able to opt-in to SMS comms by filling out an Ontraport form is diffcult as many of our event registrations come from Facebook lead forms and therefore when ending up in our database are not opted in to receive text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE the customer support at Ontraport. In a world where other companies are impossible to get in touch with, and impossible to get customer support, I HIGHLY recommend Ontraport. Their customer support is outstanding, and the platform is solid, and works as it is intended to about 99% of the time. When it doesn't work exactly as I'd like it to- then well, I contact customer support, and they do a consistently phenomenal job of supporting me, even when I'm pretty sure they'd want ot pull their hair out, because I'm alwasy pushing the boundaries of what the service can do. It is not for the faint of heart, and is not the simplest platform to use. The only thing that the solution does NOT have is a built in shopping cart, and built in contracts.
