What do you like best about OnPage?

I appreciate OnPage for its robust alert system that ensures critical messages are never missed. The prioritization of alerts helps in managing time-sensitive issues effectively, making it indispensable in high-stakes environments. What do you dislike about OnPage?

Despite its many benefits, OnPage can improve by enhancing its integration capabilities with other software. What do you like best about OnPage?

OnPage offers multiple capability for notification to groups or schedules of groups via multiple methods (app, phone, text) and is very customizable. It does the job its predecessors "used to" do before they grew into monitory platforms and away from simple notification systems. Customer support is very responsive - usually right away, always within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

Not much - it does what it is supposed to do. One annoyance from the web management platform is changes often require a page refresh before they show up, and a page refresh ALWAYS goes back to the main Dashboard requiring additional navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

The ability to forward pages quickly to othersand set priority of message. I love that a paging sytem allows you to Seach in organization whom to send it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I can't think of anything, but perhaps the ability to forward directly to my email or a web-based portal to open on my laptop to cut and paste into documentation on the client. In my other position, running a virtual follow-up clinic, I could see the value in this area also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

What do you like best about OnPage?

OnPage is a great alternative to carrying an extra phone for on-call duties. App is intuitive and easy to use. Alerts can be set to break through any DnD or focus modes so you never have to worry about missing a page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I wish there were more options for page sounds. The built-in ones are ok and get the job done but more options would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

The fact that it over rides all other apps and even when my phone is on silent, it auto turns sound on for the page alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

They finally added the little red circle when there is a non-answered page, which is nice. Larger font appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

Please make the phone number of the patient to call back automatically encrypted with a star 67. Doximity Dialer does this and Athena.

Have a night mode where in the very darkness of a room it's able to read in large print Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

The ability to schedule on call shifts and create groups that are as much "set it and forget it" as you can get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

The admin UI is very clunky and there is not a web interface for the non-admin users.

Documentation could be better as well. For example, I knew that you could have email the onpage group (or user) but it doesn't give any documentation about what the email should be, I had to figure that out and ask our support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnPage?

I like being able to see who on my team has alerts on/off and who has viewed them and who hasn't. Alert tones make sure you hear it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I dislike it controlling my phones media volume and not being able to control alerts to make them low priority so it doesn't block my screen when using GPS or something important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the OnPage app Settings you can choose a different audible alert and one of these is the low priority alert sound. Audible alerts can be set to high, low, silent and on the Android phone you can select vibrate.
