Prescreen is great for posting jobs on various websites as well as helping to screen out potentially new candidates for your company. It's extremely user-friendly, and you can edit each job to ask specific questions or change the length of the posting to whichever is needed for your organization. It is extremely customizable and very easy to use. If we ever had any internal issues with the program, their service desk would immediately help us out no questions asked. We have had some complaints from our potential candidates that it was not as easy to use on their end. Many of the times, their emails would often go to spam and we would then be unable to contact the candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Prescreen has it all. I can upload a job description very easy, step by step and share it on the company website, on LinkedIn or even Stepstone. The candidates can also apply easily and managing them is very clear. You can leave notes on them, tag other colleagues, put the candidates in different phases and communicate with them via integrated email. You can also save templates so you don't have to rewrite the same message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really like the messages section. I think it could be clearer but it's not too bad, you can easily get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
