I love that it sends automated delivery text notifications to customers, which allows them to communicate directly with the driver. It's not part of my job to build delivery routes, but it's helpful that it will suggest routes to you. The amount of features it has and the intuitive interface are so helpful to our team. Sometimes the backend of our website doesn't communicate well with Onfleet. It's probably an issue more on our end than theirs. Since I work in customer service, the most annoying thing is that some customers will not receive the delivery notification texts. The only significant pain point, though not entirely Onfleet's fault, is the delay in accessing call or text records to confirm driver communications with customers. It can take up to 72 hours to export a complete log, which can be frustrating when dealing with an upset customer who urgently wants to know if the driver contacted them. - Even beyond that, it's a best-in-class software at a fair cost.

Onfleet is amazing in so many ways! I can communicate with my drivers fast. The drivers can communicate with the customers.
I do like the fact I can now create routes, i am still learning this but so far I LOVE it! I am still learning alot on onfleet but I am able to get a hold of someone quickly if i need help.

I really would like to see the "pause function" I know it is coming but wish it would happen sooner than later.

I've worked with and implemented the use of Onfleet at multiple organizations since 2016. It has alwyas proven to be a lean, effective, and impactful tool ensuring recipients and drivers alike have an enjoyable delivery experience. The flexibility and transparency of the platform make it nimble and responsive to real-time changes. Integrating Onfleet with other tools aloows us to create efficient workflows and business processes. The customer support team is the best I've worked with. The fact that "Tasks" are not hub-and-spoke managed. Being able to recognize pickups and deliveries (a task) without needing to have all-pickups managed first, is the entire basis of our company's technology. Without OnFleet, we would ahve had to have built an-onfleet-system ourselves from scratch. From what we can tell, in this regard, OnFleet does not have any competition.
