OSV was our implementation partner to configure the modules, project manage the implementation and lead the change management strategy and create instructional design tools. OSV's payroll and time tracking configuration consultants were very strong - they were able to configure our payroll and time tracking processes to our specifications with very little issues or problems. The change management team was also very good - our lead was very communicative and adaptable when we needed to change our strategy and training plans.
