The platform is easy to use and understand with various options to design agreements and contracts for your customers
Implementing the platform is easy as well and the HubSpot integration allows for direct connection between your HubSpot platform and OneFlow
We use OneFlow on a daily basis for agreements and it allows for all our contracts to be signed quickly and efficiently
If there are issues, Customer Support is easily accessible. As our company is based in the US it does take until the following day to get support if you reach out in the afternoon, but there is always a response in my inbox first thing in the morning
OneFlow is also at a much better price point than DocuSign or similar platforms with the same functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OneFlow lacks the ability to add text fields over PDFs that exist in platforms like DocuSign

oneflow lets you customize your forms exactly how you want them to be.
The chat with the costumers is really good.
Super easy to change the forms even after they have been sent out, the customer writes in the chat what needs to be changed and it takes 1 second to do it.
Before Oneflow I used adobe and then it was more difficult to keep track of which forms were not signed after a certain time, here you can set dates and are constantly reminded and the customer receives notices too.

It is a bit messy and a lot of different places to change things. Would also like there to be a way to look at all the documents regardless of which folder it is in and not needing to click on every specific folder each time - like a "see all" button. The service was easy and quick to implement. We have only been using Oneflow for a few weeks, but it has already sped up the creation and sending of contracts.
