What do you like best about OnCall Health?

The customer service during onboarding and throughout has been excellent. The support and service are a big plus and reason why we like the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

The features are a little limited, and some basic bugs should have been flushed out. The app is a little rough around the edges still at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

OnCall Health has a responsive team to support any questions or concerns about the app, they are avaliable to help you and your clients problem solve and can support with the refund process when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

While OnCall has any great features, some features are lacking. In future I look forward to seeing a waitlist option on the client-side, ability to book non-health appointments into the schedule and multiple or recurring booking on the client side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

I am a current user of this product and have been using this product for 1.5 years in my counselling private practice.

I really appreciate having an Account Manager, who I can contact at any time for 1:1 support and advisement. The account managers I have worked with have been responsive, responsible, and diligent.

Likewise, the user interface has good features that make it easy to navigate and clear for both the provider and the user.

It meets the Canadian requirements for confidentiality ethics and guarantees encryption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

I wish that there was an option to open documents in 'new tab'. Without this feature, I have to open up several different new tabs, login, and then go to the documents I need. It would be far more convenient to be able to open documents and past visit notes in new tabs.

I often end up 'losing' my client notes as soon as I veer away from the case note tab. I get the message 'note failed to save' all the time and this has resulted in losing my work way too many times. I wish there was an auto-save feature (which I know already exists) but that wouldn't de-activate every time I leave the screen where I am writing my notes.

It would also be helpful to be able to edit the appointment type (i.e. phone to video) rather than having to cancel then add new.

I wish that there was an instant message feature that was separate from the plan Messaging feature.

I wish that there was a place to enter client's direct billing and employee benefits/insurance info.

The cost of the program is more than other programs. To be competitive with other products on the market and to remain competitive, I would like if the cost was under $100/mo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnCall Health provides a reliable and intuitive platform for virtually engaging with clients and includes key administrative functions that increase efficiency and enhance organization. There is nothing on the platform that I dislike. While rare, anytime I have an issue with the platform OnCall support staff are responsive and quickly troubleshoot the issue. The support team is extremely prompt in addressing all inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

I find OnCall Health to be very user friendly. I am not technically inclined (to say the least) and I had no problem with setting up my account. The system set up is easy to learn and use on a daily basis.

OnCall Health has been easy to use for my clients as well. Instructions for setting up payment and logging into video sessions etc have not been an issue.

Support staff are extremely helpful! I would recommend this service to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

I am unable to edit appointments after they are complete. For example, I needed to change the last name on an appointment receipt for a client that wanted it in her husband's name. Because the appointment was complete and closed, the editing feature was no longer available. Support was able to help me figure out the issue, but had to have him cancel it out so I could re-issue.

I would like to have the option to set my schedule specifying in-office or video availability separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

Their team is supportive, friendly, and collaborative. OnCall approaches each situation with a positive, problem-solving attitude in a timely manner. We have found it rare for tech companies we work with to be flexible in their product offering, but OnCall takes our suggestions and feedback and implements better solutions quickly and effectively. With any tech platform, there are what feels like endless features to improve upon or add to the roadmap.
