What do you like best about OnCall Health?

OnCall health is easy to use, and reliable. Virtually every one of my clients commented how much they preferred it over the previous platform I used. The layout is clear and user friendly. The video and audio is of great quality. Any time I've needed to contact support, the response time has been very fast and the personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

The only 'dislike' I have is that clients have to email support to update their credit card information. Some of my clients have difficulty organizing themselves, and are easily confused; this extra step has created some struggles for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I provide online clinical counselling and psychotherapy. The reliability of the platform is imperative; and with OnCall Health I don't worry about the video or audio freezing in the middle of a session. What do you like best about OnCall Health?

The ability to bill clients directly through the program and have then receive their receipts immediately. It is also so helpful to connect with clients at a distance with the video chat option and send files to them through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That each appointment and client is put in manually with no memory recall on the system or ability to copy information forward. Also not being able for clients to utilize the service if they don't use credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

The easy set up and ease of use. Video chat that is secure and HIPAA / PHIPA Compliant. Clients are automatically notified of upcoming appointments eliminating no-shows.
