What do you like best about OnCall Health?

I like the way the reminders of meetings are sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

I would like to be able to sign in to video meetings earlier than my patients. Right now, I have to try to get in to the video meeting before they do and turn on the waiting room function. I'd like to be able to start earlier and then get focussed on the issues and let them in when I'm ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- too many emails per session

- limited functionality (cannot mute anyone, cannot bump someone from the chat, it is not completely accessible -closed captions - or voice to text for those with hearing impairments)

OnCall Health provides a reliable and high quality online video, audio and chat platform that I am confident is also confidential and in compliance with provincial privacy laws.It is easy to use for both myself as the practitioner as well as for my clients. Not a dislike but an ask or a wish... that for groups, that there would be away of registering everyone without having to list each participant and their email. Like having a link function for group meetings or appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
