What do you like best about OnCall Health?

OnCall is reliable and secure. It is easy for clients to use. I like the scheduling features and built-in assessment tools (PHQ and GAD). I appreciate that it is a Canadian company and that data is stored within Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

There is the odd glitch with connectivity. There is also less flexibility/ease with screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnCall Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

- I appreciate that On Call often calls on users for feedback so that they can continue to add more features and improve their platform

- I find it extremely user friendly, the pages are uncluttered, the information easy to find and navigate through

- the video platform has not allowed more than 2 people to join at once without cutting off some of the third users face but my understanding is that this will be improved this month (December, 2020) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- looking at adding more features to my current plan so that I can write session notes and have my clients book their own sessions online

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

I like that OnCall Health is user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

I dislike how the settings can change and go back to a default where the client's video or microphone doesn't work and they have to adjust the settings each time. I also do not like how OnCall manages multiple participants on the same call. When I do family therapy, for example, I am not able to see all of the participants because of how the video pages open. Recommendations to others considering OnCall Health:

It's a secure option to engage in telehealth. I would not recommend this platform if you do a lot of family or group therapy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

I like the calendar when you log in so you can see all the upcoming appointments. Also being able to add a new event is a breeze.

The software is easy to download and the overall usage is very user friendly.

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

It meets Canadian privacy laws &, unlike Zoom, it is not subject to the US Patriot Act. It's easy to use and cuts out the need to cut & paste invites to clients. It stores client info so regular client names come up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
