When I log in on apple products I have to enter my username and password each time, and it would be more convenient if the app used facial recognition software so I didn't have to go through that extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using the OnCall Health platform for a year and I am very satisfied with this on-line platform. I recommend it whole heartedly. It is easy to use for both clinicians and clients, it is reliable, and it provides a whole screen platform (unlike some on-line platforms), which makes it easier to see the clients. In addition, the OnCall Health platform allows me to schedule people who log in from different locations, which is extremely helpful to psychologists who provide family therapy, couple therapy, and consultations with school personnel and parents. I did an extensive research, checking several on-line platforms, before choosing the OnCall Health platform, as it was the best that I saw. I am very happy with it. The platform is user friendly. The helpdesk is superb. My clients, many of them technologically challenged, are nevertheless able to access me online. I can't think of any downsides. It meets my needs for a secure video platform and with practice management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-I like that everything is all in one place.
-I like that the client is charged right after I write the notes.
-I like that I have to approve the booking so I can shuffle if need be.
-I like the form creating section. So simple and easy with all the options to create a multi-choice/long answer/yes-no options.
-I like that everything looks simple, not complicated.
-I like that clients have to fill out the forms before booking.

-Occasionally the software stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall. This has only happened 3 times in 8 months, and who knows if its the software or a connection issue.
-I can't edit the clients service medium once book. For example, if they choose to meet online, but they meant to select in person, I can't change that. They have to cancel the appointment and then reschedule.
-Clients mention having difficulty logging in to the account and sometimes have to redo the forms every time, but this may be a client issue, not a tech issue as I have only heard about this a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really easy to navigate around the platform and I love that there is a mobile app because that’s one of the main ways my clients and myself use the video call feature. Everything works well and I love the analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there just needs to be a few add on’s to the app which they seem to be slowly doing. For example, it would be great to have a place to archive client files that are no longer active. It would also be nice to have a notice board that you could post items that would be directly sent to all your clients on the client list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
great tech support both for patients and providers, very responsive. has a stable basic telehealth platform. cost effective for a solo telehealth practice. has the basics to run the practice. As an admin I cannot edit availability schedules and I cannot book alternate weeks (e.g. every 2 weeks, etc). I would also like to see the ability to share my screen with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnCall was quick to get me established and able to to accommodate my needs for the service. They have always been quick to reply to any questions or requests for additional forms etc. to be added. Occasionally there is an error with a client logging in and myself logging in but we seem to be in separate sessions. Hanging up and reconnecting tends to solve that random issue when it occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
