Sometimes the rules based process of OnBase workflow doesn't allow a good process for when someone makes a mistake. Because it goes step by step, anything that throws that off seems to affect an item either immediately or further down the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnBase gives the ability to create multiple business processes for different departments. The security features and roles allow for increased security. The ability to create custom queries and reporting is beneficial to the end users. My favorite feature is the ability to make it customizable to our business needs.
