The software's dispatch part tends to crash periodically without notice, which can cause a loss of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to streamline most of the paperwork and reports in our office. Having one centralized place for all of different reports has made it easier to combine records and to ensure we are not losing any data that is important. The dispatch software that comes with it is also an added benefit that allows the dispatcher to keep track of ongoing incidents and saving the officers from having to search for information while in the field. what I never really like was the fact that you cannot access the application without access to the internet if there could be an option to use the application in offline mode? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This would be a great program if it would allow users to see other municipalities. It doesnt work well for that. The last time a few municipalities tried to make it work, it cost a bunch of money that they never refunded fully because it failed miserable. In most businesses, if it failed, they would give you a full refund, Omnigo said that they spent a lot of time towards it so they kept a large amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it keeps our file for al occurrence's and be able to look up information easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downside is that Omnigo is not working with Smart Squad. This is so our information can be transferred when we write a ticket with e ticketing to send a copy to our omnigo account so we did not have to enter the ticket again. I like omnigo but might have to switch to what ever the province dictates for e ticketing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
