I like the privacy aspect of not having to share my phone number but still being able to text my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't have customizable features or the ability to show who (from practice) read the message from the patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that we can easily and conveniently communicate back and forth with patients in our practice. They can send pictures of their insurance cards, ask questions, and make appointment requests for new or changes. We have also had a lot of positive feedback from patients on how convenient it is for them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not had many problems at all with OhMD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There should be a way for staff to send messages to us with regards to a specific patient. Currently the only way to send messages to providers regarding a message about a particular patient, is to simply send it to the provider. There is no way to categorize messages in a single thread. Also, there is no waiting room to put patients in when they are waiting for telehealth appts - This is a huge oversight. It is imperative for our productivity to have patients in a waiting room, otherwise we have to wait on them to click the link, etc. etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OhMD allows you to interact with your clients in a safe manner. It is great to be able to send forms and eliminate the paper we are using. It is also super easy to use and client friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a waiting room for telehealth sessions as of now the client just jumps on. It would be nice to have the ability to let clients in when you were ready for a session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OhMD allows editing and updating of patient information. The app allows secure messaging between the site, the subject, and/or the subject's Legal Representative. We're able to send a single message or conduct a complete conversation. The app is as simple as sending text messages from your phone but more secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it allows me to talk to patients so quickly and on top of it whenever I have questions there is the convenient help button in the bottom right that allows me to get expert access to new questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the hardest thing about OhMD is that currently we can not close out tabs with colleagues but after talking to an expert using the help button, I realised that soon that will be a function that is fixed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With OhMD, I don't worry about HIPAA compliance when communicating with patients or other practitioners. It is fast, safe and most of all, patients LOVE it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
