OhMD is very user-friendly and we love the simplicity. You get what you get. There isn't a bunch of bells and whistles accompanied by constant upselling feautures. It's an easy to use program that gets the job done. The customer service is topnotch. The Head of Customer Success, Melanie, is not only helpful, she's responsive. Wish you could delete old/previously used chats to free up space and search bar results. I also wish when adding a new clinician or person to an already established chat the options only showed those in your network as to not be confused and add non-network personel. I love how easy it is to talk to someone at OhMD. We get responses right away and give feedback directly to the developers, not some form lost in a black hole. I appreciate how just in the 6 months we've used it there have been so many additions to the program. We started using OhMD for texting, but the forms and referral features are the icing on the cake! I tell everyone to give them a try. Is it perfect no, but is it easy - absolutely. Implementation was easy. It didn't take myself or the staff much involvement which is not common with any other system we've integrated our EMR with. We use it so much that we have already have moved one staff member from the phones completely and they only conversate w/ our patients via text. Our patients clearly LOVE it too. Probably how the upgrades are not scheduled. I like how every other system has a set date to upgrade. OhMD just says it's coming and so far it's a rough guess on when the go-live date is. Other than that - no major complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
