I dont think offhand ive had a major dislike a lot of the new features have been helpful. My biggest complaint is getting people to accept the adoption and i wish we had a good way to accurately track who is in office vs out using wifi that works with our system. The best thing about OfficeSpace is it is extremely easy to use and offers value to everyone in the company. It offers simple wayfinding and ticket submission at the basic level all the way to in-depth reports for cost prevention and planning purposes. Implementation was extremely quick as well. We were up and running within a few months!
What makes OfficeSpace stand out is their customer service and the way they are involved with their clients beyond implementation! As part of their service, they offer quarterly meetings to review any questions about their software or how they can improve the program overall. New features are always being considered and introduce to enhance the programs offerings and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes updates get pushed a little too quickly which introduces bugs, but OfficeSpace is quick to fix them. There are also some things that could help my business specifically, along the lines of asset management and additional hybrid features that are not included in OfficeSpace. The client also does not have the ability to update the floor plans with an upload. Because OfficeSpace is involved, my changes to floor plans are typically updated within a day or so depending on how complex they are.
With all this said, I have been involved with my customer service representative as well as the product team. They are constantly taking feedback and if the different features are requested enough, they listen and roll them out. I am confident that my wish list will be added in the future to some capacity. It is easy to use for anyone. It is so helpful for new hires to find their way around the office and for office managers to keep track of seating, hoteling, conference rooms, and so much more. We have now added all of our amenities to our floorplan, including our AEDs and first aid kits, which is so helpful. We just added guest sign-in software, too (Greetly), which has been a huge help. The support team and client success manager are always available to provide clear guidance and regular check-ins, ensuring we get the most out of the system. Most helpful about OfficeSpace Software is its mobile app. The Upsides of using OfficeSpace Software are ease of use, good integrations, and mobile. It also has good drag-n-drop enabled Move Management system. The reporting system is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about OfficeSpace Software. I wish browsing could be a bit faster, but that may not be in their control. I also wish development time for requested features could take less time to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Officespace provides an efficient and robust space management and request management software. Previously, we used AutoCAD to keep seating assignments and locations up to date. Officespace provides a much better visual display and allows for easy employee move requests to be generated.

I do not "dislike" anything in particular, however there are some enhancements that I can see the request management functionality benefiting from.
Specifically, the request management forms do not currently have the ability to have sub categories. Our facilities department provides support to a lot of different functional groups causing our request category options to get out of control sometimes. If we simply had sub-categories for the request types, it would make it easy for users to request the appropiate work and in the correct way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The OfficeSpace Software went from a basic need to manage workplace moves and has ended up providing way more than we ever thought. The additions keep coming along with expanded reporting. The customer support is by far the best I have come across as they are always very responsive and have been great at communicating whether it is something we need assistance with (change to floorplan) or have a question on a possible need we have. OfficeSpace , is simple and easy to use, the app is very quick, with a great user experience, but with loads of features, we have never had to train users how to use it, it's easy to manage, it's how all software should be, unfortunately, many fail at the user experience. The software is easy to use to book a desk as a sole space management tool. Customer support and back-end programmation is quite easy and would say a pretty quick turnover to create the spaces into the plateforms. There is a lot of additional tools to highlight the type of spaces and the tech being used for each rooms. Implementation is quite easy.

The software interaction with outlook exchange isn't developped enough. In addition, it is a lot of work on the UA to create a passerel between software, Exchange and or physical hardware to book a space as walk-ins. The integration and communication between global plateforms are complicated and often doesn't work with OfficeSpace.

Officespace is an extremely user friendly tool, and provides great visibility into most aspects of our facilities. The mobile app is intuitive, and in general Officespace has added significantly to our new user experience as we transitioned to a hybrid model with large areas of hoteling. The one issue I would identify as a concern is the speed in which our user requests for updates are addressed. As we have entered into RTO, we identify various areas within the program that need to be addressed to assist us operationally but there doesnt seem to be enough resources to address all of the feedback coming in.
