OfficeRnD Flex has a great UI and is very simple to use. The tools they provide make both my experience as an administrator seamless, but also my tenants' experience very convenient. Their platform integrates with many coworking softwares, like KISI and PilotoMail. Their customer support is also amazing. They are very responsive and informative. Simple easy to use systems. Alot of intergration options and the team at OfficeRnD are always on hand to support. Really appriciate the monthly check-ins too.

First of all, it is great for our members
For me, it's easy to book meeting rooms for external guests and to have calendar with all the bookings.
It also helps me to easily issue invoices (we all know that this is annoying).

We had a small shared space location, and for our new, big project we decided to move away from our current solution. We're suprised that the more cost-effective OfficeRnd Flex proved to be the better choice.
- For "normal" users, it's possible to use it for most of the (digital) value chain (from contacts over prospects to monthly facturation).
- For us, we've implemented a whole system using the API to connected it with our parking solution. Having an extra page showing up in the app. The API documentation is really top notch.
- The ability do add custom variables is very nice.
- Implementation took a while, because we still had to make a lot of decisions. And still do, but we decided to start with some features disabled.
- Customer support is fast.
- New updates actually add quality of life improvement and usefull features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Having that many features was a bit daunting at first.
- We have a few customisation requests in the pipeline. Since OfficeRnd focuses on 1 stable version for al it's clients, customisation is not a thing (we were used to that with our previous solution). In itself, it's laudable, but for our special new project with all the big API integrations we did, waiting on those new features is hard. To be honest, the communication about this is good, so not really something to complain about.
- Because of our complex project, I've had to setup things in a non-standard way. E.g. every meeting room is so different, that I have to set up a separate pricing model. Again, largely our fault, doing a crazy project, but optimisations are possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few apps connected like quickbooks online which is accounting software which supported well but at times it did not communicate well beacuse of which there were discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know if there is one thing I like the most. The online portal and app are a great UX for users, and the admin side is very user-friendly as well. Office RnD support is always super knowledgeable and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system can sometimes be glitchy, but not nearly as bad as other solutions we've used. Also, we would like a more comprehensive event piece to the platform, but that is more of a want specific to our business and not really a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
