The customization that allow us to set the products and branding according to our business needs. The support is also quick and efficient, ad also that the platform keeps improving and getting better at a cost-effective for our business . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When the roadmap of OfficeRnD doesn't take in account our priorities, for example having discounts on goods, or applicable for members on the portal. Optimize The Welcome Email of members so they can receie a different Welcome Email based on their membership. Having custom fields reports for Opportunities so we can see sales per sales team. My onboarding and customer service expirence has been amazing so far. Any questions I have get answered right away, or are easily searchable. All of the software has been easy to use and integrate into our space. Office Rnd definately keeps things organzied and even easy on the members end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intergrations are great, it makes billing really easy and training new staff to use the system is pretty easy. Bookings and the calndar are really good for members and non members. Most of all, I like that things are constantly evolving, getting regular updates about changes has been really usful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently I had an issue with the hubspot intergration but this was actually updated which was great. The issue I have at the moment is the reporting from anaytics. There are multiple reports which on the face of it, seem to be reproting on the same thing but in different ways. The issue is that they're all reporting slighty differnt numbers for the month and I can't figure out why and what the difference is between them. I've emailed support but I've not had a repsonse yet. The main issue I would say is having a good explination for what each report is showing specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a full fledge solution to run a serviced office, from the onboarding, to billing, to managing your meetingrooms. In a later stadium we added the digital Salto locks as well, and made our meetingrooms public, so people can easily book them. The customer support is good, user friendly, but also technical enhanced, they can dive deep if needed. We use OfficeRND and the managementinformation every day, the reports are detailed and give a centre manager overview, but also building owners if needed. All integrations are great. Software is nothing without implementation. Mostly if we had problems with OfficeRND, this was about 'ourselves/the organization' and we had not made clear choices. So they are a mirror so to say. To say one, the accounting software api's they offer are more 'american' focused, that could be enhanced maybe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The on-hand support where all queries are answered usually within minutes. The online booking system for Meeting Rooms has made managing our growing flex space easy, and even allows our small on-site team to handle client accounts with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love how we can handle all of our member managagement seamlessly in one platform. Office RND is very easy to use and when we do have a problem, the customer support is fantastic! Anytime I have a problem (usually I have messed something up) the support team quickly responds with a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish when an invoice is raised you would have an option to apply customer credit to that invoice. This also goes when customers are booking online, I wish they could choose to use their credit. We keep a Google Sheet of all credits that need to be applied to invoices. This is not a great way to handle customer credit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
