What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

We would have paid six figures to build a similar program for our business. In fact, in the past, we did build our own system, but paying developers to update the program every time we added a new location or amenity was not scalable. ORND provided a cost-effective solution that fits every facet of our business model. Not only that, they offer a dedicated team and support staff to ensure your system is working as it should. They listen to ideas from their clients as it relates to product updates (which is extremely rare). We are grateful for our partnership, and I can say with certainty that we would not be able to grow at the rate we are planning to without ORND. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?

The system is designed to function with "company" being the primary name on an account as opposed to the "member". We are a very "people first" organization, so at times our team members will know the person's name, but not be familiar with the company name. The only time this becomes an issues is within the booking system, and it is only a brief inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is no way we could have scaled our business to 8 locations without ORND. Typically we were spending $25k for coding when rewriting our website for each workplace we opened. ORND has us on a monthly plan that is WAY more cost effective, and the data, analytics, etc. that ORND allows is 10x what we would have ever built ourselves. What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?

When the roadmap of OfficeRnD doesn't take in account our priorities, for example having discounts on goods, or applicable for members on the portal. Optimize The Welcome Email of members so they can receie a different Welcome Email based on their membership. Having custom fields reports for Opportunities so we can see sales per sales team. What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

My onboarding and customer service expirence has been amazing so far. Any questions I have get answered right away, or are easily searchable. Sometimes Office Rnd with run and update or make a change and I'm not fully prepared for it or don't realize it's coming. So maybe a more efficient way to communicate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Office Rnd helps track our meeting room/flex office booking times and analytics really well. It also helps keep our calender's organzied. It is a great way to manage our members, create their membership plans and invoice them.

What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

The intergrations are great, it makes billing really easy and training new staff to use the system is pretty easy. Bookings and the calndar are really good for members and non members. Most of all, I like that things are constantly evolving, getting regular updates about changes has been really usful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?

Recently I had an issue with the hubspot intergration but this was actually updated which was great. The issue I have at the moment is the reporting from anaytics. There are multiple reports which on the face of it, seem to be reproting on the same thing but in different ways. The issue is that they're all reporting slighty differnt numbers for the month and I can't figure out why and what the difference is between them. I've emailed support but I've not had a repsonse yet. The main issue I would say is having a good explination for what each report is showing specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating our CRM (hubspot) has been really usful for our sales team and site team and makes onboarding new contacts really easy. So many of the automated features are great and loosing that would make our jobs 10x longer for almost everything. What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

It is a full fledge solution to run a serviced office, from the onboarding, to billing, to managing your meetingrooms. In a later stadium we added the digital Salto locks as well, and made our meetingrooms public, so people can easily book them. The customer support is good, user friendly, but also technical enhanced, they can dive deep if needed. We use OfficeRND and the managementinformation every day, the reports are detailed and give a centre manager overview, but also building owners if needed. All integrations are great. What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?

Software is nothing without implementation. Mostly if we had problems with OfficeRND, this was about 'ourselves/the organization' and we had not made clear choices. So they are a mirror so to say. What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

The on-hand support where all queries are answered usually within minutes. The online booking system for Meeting Rooms has made managing our growing flex space easy, and even allows our small on-site team to handle client accounts with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial set-up phase did cause some issues and took a lot longer than expected, but the team was always on hand to support us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?

We love how we can handle all of our member managagement seamlessly in one platform. Office RND is very easy to use and when we do have a problem, the customer support is fantastic! Anytime I have a problem (usually I have messed something up) the support team quickly responds with a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?

I wish when an invoice is raised you would have an option to apply customer credit to that invoice. This also goes when customers are booking online, I wish they could choose to use their credit.
