I like how Occupier breaks each lease down by its components, making it easier to find distinct clauses without going through the lease page by page. It is very clean and well-organized. I also really like the map feature as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I do like how Occupier updates us through email and provides "digests" sometimes I think it is too often and I really never have the chance to look through all of them. As opposed to emailing the digests, I think it would be better if it were on the platform to look at directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although my team and I are still relatively new to this software, it's been helpful with tracking deals and keeping things all in one organized place for the most part. We still use email for quite a few things, but we hope to get our clients accustomed to using and working within the Occupier software to streamline communication and decision-making. One thing I'd like to see changed is applying customized fields to more than one client in an easier or more efficient way. We can easily add customized fields to different Deals for the same Client; however, our team utilizes those same fields for various (if not most) Clients. With how the software is currently set up, we have to manually input those additional customized fields one-by-one for every Client, which is time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Out of all the lease management software systems I have used, Occupier is hands-down the most user-friendly and intuitive system. They provide ease and dependability to managing our lease portfilio. I like the way it presents and how much information you can input for the different real estate projects. I like the interactive map shows all the locations on the project list, it gives a great visual to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish you were able to upload properties in an Excel sheet. It's easy enough to add properties but it would save a lot of time and make this platform more user-friendly if you were able to add multiple properties all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
