The platform is a fantastic resource for our team. They offer interesting and relevant webinars that we find useful and are rolling out new featuers every month (it seems!). The Leasecake platform makes the process frictionless for accessing leases and other important documents I need to make business decisions. You can not talk to tenants directlu, it would be nice if each tenant had their own portal where they can submit questions or contact through if they need anything on their property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leasecake notifies me of upcoming key dates, from Rent escalations, to expirations, and even custom events I can create myself. Accounting for ASC842 is nearly automated now. I wish there was a feature for equipment leases. I also would like if the software would generate ASC842 remeasurement entries, for now that portion is manual but I use Leasecake to assist in that calculation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we have been using Leasecake for about 3 years now, we are becoming better at incorporating this tool into our everyday practices. The reporting, charting, and graphing functions are great for presentations. The reports are easy to use. We have had Leasecake do the abstracting of our leases, and I have had 2 instances out of 180 where our notification date on a renewal was not accurate. It caused me to miss the renewal, but we caught it early. They went back and double checked all other locations for accuracy. I was very happy with their efforts in resolving the issues. Leasecake makes finding any specific provision in a lease so simple. Integrating all of our company's leases into LeaseCake was literally a 'piece of cake', and there were so many features that it captures. We have had great experience with our assigned customer service rep - any time we have a question the rep is available and is knowledgable. LeaseCake saves so much time! Leasecake has made significant improvements to the system. The load time has improved and the storage of information is much much better. The level of detail, especially around leases still takes a bunch of effort because of the level of detail. Its nit-picky. Still better to have the data than not hvae it.
