Occupier's interface is clean, straightforward, and easy to learn. I like how we can manage admin and accounting in one place and keep our lease data accurate across both. Implementation was easy and great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would perfere, when entering a new project that I could click and add a core group for all projects and click and add only the others that I wold like to be on the project, not have to go and delete all that are not involved with the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a clean, well-organized platform that allows me to navigate our growing lease portfolio easily. Sharing information with my co-workers is easier and more efficient than other programs I've used.

Implementation was significantly more extensive and challenging than told prior to joining. I had to get into nearly every lease to amend and change things, which I was hoping to not have to do with the implementation cost.
Also there were some GAAP and CPA requested reporting that was requested during year end, and that created some complications for us getting our auditors to trust Occupier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy Occupier is to use. The interface is clean and super intuitive. It sticks to relevant information so that you feel confident with the end result. On top of that the Occupier team has been great to work and has helped answer questions almost immediately. I could not have asked for a better partnership for this implementation. I think the only thing I dislike is the removal of the lease termination button on the drop-down menu. From what I understand, this is being worked on, so I hope to see it back in action very soon. I've encountered a few UI bugs when re-measuring, but a hard refresh seems to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
