We had a few bugs when measuring the leases, but the team members were always willing to fix them for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Occupier?

I would start with the very affordable abstracting and onboarding of lease & related documents. From there the platform is very easy to navigate and you have all your lease/portfolio matters at your fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to encounter any problems or issues. No dislikes after 3 plus years using Occupier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best attribute is the platforms easy navigation. Having kept lease files manually in the past seems arcane to what Occupier does for our organization and the ability to quickly reference all lease information. What do you like best about Occupier?

Occupier is a newer lease management platform. It’s easy to use, intuitive and built from the real estate perspective.

Other, “more established” tools out there aim to do too much creating a clunky user experience with gaps in the data integrity between teams.

Whenever we have questions or need support, the Occupier team is very quick to jump in and help. They also made implementation very easy.
