Occupier has all the features I need for all my accounting activities from journal entry postings to the various reporting we do within our organization. I value the ease with which I can download any data into user-friendly excel workbooks. We have a complex organization, and Occupier allows you to add several entities in addition to catering not only to US GAAP lease rules but also offers IFRS. The program caters both lessee and lessor which works great for our organization, and customer service is second to none which is really important for us as leasing is a huge part of our business . I dislike how an edit re-states historical data, it'd be nice to be able to choose when an update should take effect, but until then I'll use the "amend" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from the lease accounting consulting space, I've seen and worked in many different lease softwares. I like how this software is easy to use and doesn't overcomplicate the fields to be entered upon lease commencement. The reports are also easy to run and read.
