I like that it has a lot of built-in features that are included, no more added fees. If you want more, you can upgrade but I feel the prices are fair for what I get. I get excellent support and people there are eager to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service is always available, quick to respond, and very helpful. The platform is simple and for the most part intuitve. I like that duplicate leads are able to be merged. Our team has been using Nutshell for five years now. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the ease of onboarding and being able to custom our pipeline for our specific business needs. In my professional opinion, I find Nutshell more straight forward and easier to utilize than the 'other' main blue cloud logo CRM system. A minor but annoying issue is that the Outlook plugin can't be pinned....it must be reopened whenever we move from one email to the next.
And within the Nutshell database, when looking through a contact's email history, we are unable to search for specific keywords/terms. Can only search for emails within a specific date.
